Absolute worst experience I've had with the pharmacy. Been going there for over a year with never an issue. I go in today, waited 1hr for 1 script. Same script I go there for every time. Carol the pharmacist was brought out of retirement to work that day and couldn't figure out how to run it through my insurance, soI had to take it somewhere else. Never again

everytime I leave the Waterloo Rd Marc's in Akron, I say I'm never going there again. The cashiers either don't know how to communicate with the public or don't care. there is never a greeting, never a have a nice day. usually the cashier doesn't even acknowledge the customer. I would rather pay more money and be treated nicely. my cashier Stephon never said one word to me until I asked him if he talked. when I asked him that the cashier at the register next to him tried to stare me down. I'm sorry but I'm done with this Marc's and the HORRIBLE service.

Very disappointed with Marcs, a lot of food in the dairy has already expired, frozen food setting out & nobody putting the food up & it was room temperature, I purchased New York garlic bread & it was molded, I purchased artificial crab & it had expired a week prior to me purchasing it. I bought a bag of shrimp for Christmas & it was spoiled, I paid $14.99 and can’t find my receipt so I’m screwed. I know they have a big turnover & short handed but check your stock! I won’t be shopping at Marcs no longer.

numerous employees with slogans and words on their face mask but the managers of this particular facility had the audacity to only order an African American employee to remove his "Black lives matter" face mask???

manager is very professional and dedicated to making sure staff are also accountable to the same level of professional customer service and made to feel like I mater as a customer keep up the great job .

Don’t like being followed around the store , into the line, and out the door. For a 20+ year regular customer, definitely offended and won’t be back.

I like this Marc's except there is no baby changing station, which is VERY inconvenient. Otherwise it's a pretty nice one.
