My husband came in to this specific store to pick up my Mother’s Day gift, and instead of asking how are you may we help they were very rude and short with him he felt so terrible like he didn’t even belong in the store after that. I feel like that wasn’t even the proper service to give someone. Sucks because Malley’s has been an all time favorite in my family.

Visited Malley's Chocolates to buy some buckeyes recently. The store is in a convenient location, but their chocolate is expensive. It's tasty though. I really like buckeyes and I haven't had any in a long time. They taste similar to other chocolate and peanut butter treats, but I don't think they're quite as good. But I still support Malley's because they support local charities.

The chocolate is so yummy. The service was outstanding, the ambience makes you want to buy lots of chocolate. The chocolate did not make my head hurt. The chocolate was absolutely delicious.

Only draw back is its costly, their chocolate is some of the best but some items definitely seem over priced, small box of chocolate covered chips was $15.

Great place to go for gifts! Malley’s not only has delicious chocolates (many different kinds) but they also have rock candy swizzle sticks which reminds me of my childhood. This particular store was easy to navigate and had plenty of choices it was difficult to pick at first. Thank you Judith & Emily for making holiday shopping convenient and a little more pleasant :-)

This place is awesome! They have a wide variety of chocolate and candy, so finding something for everyone is a piece of cake. Everything is so organized and a super friendly staff keeps me coming back time and time again.

If I could give no stars for receiving no service I would. So 3/14/23 I went in roughly around 130/145 I spoke to one of the women as they were stocking . She didn’t speak back . I’m soft spoken so no worries maybe she didn’t hear me.i continued to walk around the store looking for pretzels and turtles. I had never been in here before and all the packaging was different *seasonal packaging *. I couldn’t find it I walked past both workers several times . And not once was I approached or acknowledged. So I just left.I’m not exactly sure what the problem was because I know they seen me but to not be acknowledged or offered help is crazy. I’ve never experienced this in a Malley’s I’m usually greeted with open arms and loads of sales . This store was not welcoming at all . I hope they can improve this in the future.

Excellent customer service! Needed some Thanksgiving themed chocolates for gifts and found them here! Purchased individual chocolate covered pretzels and Oreos with fall edible decorations. Needed 14 of each this location had them. Also was able to purchase foil wrapped chocolates for sharing on Thanksgiving. Prices were good. Person working at the register was able to answer my questions and helped me find what I was looking for.

Whether it's valentine's day, mother's day, Easter, or stocking stuffers for Christmas, there is absolutely NO excuse to fulfill your chocolate needs anywhere else. We are so lucky to be blessed with such a phenomenal chocolate factory nearby. Some personal favorites are the dark chocolate pretzels, chocolate covered strawberries (get them early around major holidays because they sell out FAST), and anything chocolate raspberry.

I know Malley's is good but it's getting pretty expensive. $22 for a box of Nut Mallow that is definitely small then in the past.
