Love this place and their staff! I had been searching for bridesmaids dresses for my June wedding, went to many bridal shops to find the dress I was searching for and had no luck. We decided to check out Ino's to see if we would have any luck... we were immediately greeted by their friendly staff. They did not carry the dress I wanted, but Kathleen made some calls and found it for me! She was so amazing! She special ordered all 8 dresses and was so accommodating to all of my girls! Kathleen was on top of it! So organized and very responsive... made my wedding planning less stressful knowing we were in good hands! I strongly recommend Ino's!! Thank you Kathleen for all of your help �

We found ‘the' dress, bought the dress, even though very poor customer service. Kathleen was very rude, and didn't deserve my sale. My step daughter said “ I don't even want to talk to her.†The woman didn't even pretend to be nice until my credit card was in her hand. Also, their website stated a sale that they were no longer running and when I asked about it she was so rude when she said that it ended last week, and literally waved me away, and started talking to about free

Very rude. I sympathize with the reviews on the website they only cater to people who look like they have money. If you look middle class you practically get thrown out. Do not recommend to anyone.

I had been searching for a Mother of the Bride dress for my daughter's wedding when a "friend of a friend" said she always goes to Ino's in Fairlawn whenever she needs a special dress. From the moment I entered the store, Sandi and Kathleen helped me to find exactly what I was looking for! They even made phone calls, helping me to order exactly the right color. After weeks of shopping, I found the perfect dress and I will certainly be returning to Ino's in the future.
