I got shop vacuum, description was (open box),so I didn't get insurance thinking if is brend new and open box what possible could be wrong,but they play dirty tricks,I checked box to make sure everything is in there,low light in warehouse couldn't see well, before I walk out I asked if I can plug in and they told me NO,when I got home I realized they full me,so lower part of vacuum is brend new ,but upper part (cover&motor)was dusty,so pluged in and of course not working,so they swap brand one from the box with old non working one.so vent back to warehouse just to talk,they refused to talk referred me to customer service,I call them and guess what they told me , warehouse is the only one who can help.
So be careful if you buying anything electric.
They are low and dirty,I wouldn't think that they will do that.

The workers @this location I will give them a 5star customer service is rude and disrespectful I got compromised through macbid and I called to report it back in April 2024 and I have a company who monitors my phone advise that I shouldn't do online shopping with this company so recently I end up in the hospital and I paid for items that wouldn't allow me to pick up they took my money wouldn't allow me to get my items now I have to wait 14 days to get a refund and what ever they system is they said that I abandoned/ try to avoid paying for items So if you have items that you paid for and you bid after that and win they will NOT allow you to pick up paid items until your recent won items are paid know make this clear this is not towards the workers at the Akron location

Bought a EGO blower in one auction and a battery in a separate auction and BOTH are not working. The battery has the “red flash” of DEATH…… and the blower doesn’t even work with my other batteries.
AVOID THEM !!!!!!!!!!!!!!

The Akron location is always clean and neat when I come... The employees are always willing to help and always are able to answer my questions. They have never lost an item yet.

I haven't had any regrets about the 4 purchases I've made thus far. I do think all the fees, are a bit much. The buyers premium, lot fee, taxes really adds up. I do have issue with the links to research the products. Sometimes the link take you to things totally unrelated to the item/product. And, the retail price is wayyyyyy off. Example; Mac Bid retail price 1000.00 online price 199.00. SMH.
