Heard this was the headquarters, so I'm leaving this review here. I'd give a lower score if I could. I ordered a gift from the main website that was supposed to be for a friend for Christmas. Now, here I sit in OHIO, while my package is currently OUT FOR DELIVERY IN FLORIDA!!! Checked my order receipt, and my shipping information is 100% correct. So how you screw something up so badly is beyond me! Then, to add insult to injury, I try to reach out with calls and emails, only to get no response or help with my order. This "business" is an absolute joke!!!

There was a misunderstanding between the person taking care of me and myself. Corporate reached out to me and the solution could not be more perfect! I will recommend KOV to everyone. I could not be happier. These guys Rock!

I purchased two Breeze vapes yesterday, opened one today and when I used it it was nasty and tasted burnt. Took them back to Kings and was told I could not exchange either one...even the unopened one...the sales associate then gave me a sarcastic "Have a good day!" as I walked out. Horrible employees, horrible policy. Stand by your products or you won't be around much longer. And fyi, I was NOT told to try them before I left the building. For that matter, why would I open both?!?

went there to return a item i purchased that didnt work didnt have the receipt because the cashier never gave me one went to return it and they wouldnt accept there damage item back will never go there again to buy anything at all so people before you shop there be mindful to spend your money elsewhere because customers satisfaction is job one and there are many other shops that would appreciate your business

This company has been horrible ever since the current ownership took over. There is no accountability with their customer service. They're rude to their customers on a regular basis and usually have no idea what they're talking about regarding their products. Save yourself the hassle and go support your local small vape shop.

The 2 gram cartridges are so viscous and taste like nicotine vape liquid, I suggest going one gram here and inspecting it closely before purchasing

I've been ordering stuff online from Kings of Vapor lately. I have a hard time finding the pods I like for my Novo. Prices are good and shipping is fairly fast. Im in NC and usually get my stuff 1-2 days before the estimated arrival so that makes me happy! :) thanks guys!
