Went there for a YoCan Cubex. The girl ended up talking me into something else, The YoCan Evolve Xl
It didn’t work from the start. Wouldn’t take a charge or light up. They refused a refund and said they could “troubleshoot” their defective product. What a waste!!! Go to the little side stores they stand behind their merchandise!!!
You can see in the receipt I just got it!!!
Totally disappointed as I go to Kings Of Vapor for everything
Not anymore!!!
Edit: the manager or owner reached out to me to fix the issue at hand, but I had already thrown the vape away for not working. I mean what else can you do with it??
Kudos for management trying changed my review from 1 to 3 stars for this reason

There's so many vape shops by my house but this is the only one I'll ever go to. The people that work there actually take time and help you, I never feel rushed and they always make sure I get what I want. Wish I could do a 10/5

They are always out of stock they have no idea what they are talking about and on 3 different times I've purchased vapes opened them up tried them and within 1 to 2 days they stop working and when I go back in they tell me thetes nothing they can do. So they will sell you anything but they won't back there product up . So for now on I'm going to the source and buying from the the actual company that makes they vape. # if you go to any corner store you can buy the same vapes for better deals with the same return policies.

Called to ask if they had Elfbars, and if so, what flavors. Guy on the phone said “per FDA regulations I can not tell you what flavors we have.” No. I’ve called many other locations & they have helped me & gave me the information I asked for. I have been going to KOV for 10 years. Today is my last day I will be going to KOV. Terrible customer service.

Heavy set pale shorter gentlemen sold me a burnt cart. He always demonstrates poor customer service as well. I will no longer be spending any more money at KOV.

I think they sell fake elfbars here. Never had a problem before but everything matches the fake ones... Unfortunate because I liked this location and never expected that.
