Update: No assumptions were made in this review. 1/8oz is 3.5g. The staff tell you it is 3g. The staff will not weigh it but the owner claims they aren't finding anything under 3g. If you aren't allowed to open and weigh the product then how are you weighing them for errors without tampering with unsold products? Gram sensitive scales may be off by the decimal but they don't vary by entire units. I received 2g of product, leaving me short 1.5g for what I paid for. This place is sketchy and the owners do not care. With the below owner response and my experience at other shops tells me they absolutely know this is a problem and will not be doing anything about it. This isn't the first time or only KOV location to massively short me on THCA flower. There's a massive THCA tampering issue at these locations. I've been sold "display models" that I found had been opened and tampered with - the tamper proofing had been broken - and when I took it out of its bag at home and I was short nearly 2g.After making an hour long trip out to this location due to shortages at my local shop I stopped here to pick up some THC-A to manage my sleep/pain. It's clean and seems to have a really good stock available HOWEVERThe THC-A I ended up purchasing was EXTREMELY suspiciously labeled and they refused to weigh it in front of me in store even in the bag. So I weighed it at home and realized I got 2g when I bought 1/8oz. They also seem to think 1/8oz is 3g and not 3.5g but still sell them as eighths. And then still don't even give you 3g.The labels look like they were printed in someone's living room and they do not lab test their products. The company they buy this flower from doesn't follow any industry standards and frankly seem like they are straight up scamming this shop and the shop doesn't care about the fact that they are passing that scam onto customers.This was my first and last visit to this location. They're apparently owned by a different company/conglomerate than the other KOV location but it doesn't appear to matter as it seems to be an issue among all of the locations and I suspect employee tampering.I HIGHLY recommend weighing your flower products with a gram sensitive digital scale if you take a chance with this shop. But then again maybe don't considering everything laid out above?

Can't say enough good things about this place and the employees! Michael was very helpful and knowledgeable and answered all my questions. This is definitely my go to vape place!

Great prices, great staff, and great variety in flavors, pieces, and batteries. Each time I've come in I've been promptly greeted and found everything I've been looking for.

My very first experience of Kings of Vapor was at the Kenmore location and walking into that place I didn't know anything about vaping. The manager Emiree really talked to me about the product I was looking for and helped me find what I wanted. Great place, everyone is really helpful and accommodating there, very professional and friendly. Definitely recommend going there to get anything you need they will help you find what you want.

I have been going to king of vapors on East Ave for over 2 years now and I know it’s time I make a review. Everyone that works there are so nice and goes far and beyond to help their customers like they have for me and my friend. They have helped me pick out ejuice many of times trying to help me find the one I want. They are very patient, understanding, and they listen to what you want. Every time I find a kind I love something happens that I can’t get it (not their fault) so they will take their time without rushing me and help me find a different one. I look forward to going there to get my stuff. They have also helped me learn what works best with my device to save on cost. That are all just very awesome. I don’t normally rate a place but because how awesome they are I wanted to so others can get treated the same way. I don’t think you would be disappointed. Thank you so much guys and gals for all the help and patience with me And thank you for reading my review.

Nice little smoke shop. They always have the juice my husband likes for his vape. Actually came to this location for the first time back in 2017 and began giving them our business. He was able to quit smoking cigarettes thanks to kings of vapor! ? friendly staff too!

I waited in the store almost 15mins, watched the lady helped one customer then instead of asking me what I needed help with, she skipped me and helped the man that came in the store 5mins after me. Then she saw me waiting and the man came in right after me those 5mins, he had to run to the car, he told her to help me. That's disappointing

The disposables are 7 almost 8 dollars overpriced and the customer service is terrible they are uninformed on their own in store deals! Maybe it’s because the employees are paid minimum wage!

Met a few different sales people through the years but always helpful. Would he nice to see the reward program revamped because it seems stale saving just pennies and if we could get the old school taste bar back to operational it will possibly grow the business.
