Hallmark made a big mistake closing South Plaza and keeping this one open. South Plaza was friendly and had a wide variety of items. I've never liked this location and even less so now. It's always gloomy inside and the staff couldn't look down their nose more if they tried.

Did not have squishmallows and I feel lied to. An extra star because Karen herself was there and I felt like I met a celebrity. Get rid of the friends end cap and I will be a returning customer.
