These people are crooks my friend traded in her vehicle for a vehicle that broke down the first day and they took the car back to fix it and then held it from her the window got busted out while it was in there possession and they refused to fix it and here she is with no vehicle to transport her kids to school. They are definitely bad business to deal with. do not go to them for any vehicle you will regret it

The owner and his son gave me two different prices on a mustang. I'm talking to the owner and he tells me he knows what im trying to do like I was lying about the price his son told me. Basically his son is going to school to be a doctor so he doesn't lie. I'm kinda mad I spent money with him a few years ago on my tahoe. His son tells me one price I come the next day and price went up 800 bucks. That's bad business. All this for a car that the transmission is going bad. He keeps trying to tell me he just has to flush the fluid and it will be fine. 2 different trans places say the trans needs to be fixed or replaced. There is no way around it. You have to push gas down to make the car drive normal. It's skipping 1st and 2nd gear. I wanted a project for me and my son but I have to shop elsewhere and everyone else should as well.

They played all the games. Ended up getting a car and of course the check engine lights on not even 24 hours later. Buy as is. Your just as good gambling yourself at the auto auctions close by. Save your money here. Scammers. Lied on the title and contracts too.

Bought a car months ago from KB Auto, back in March before COVID hit. Was looking for a very specific vehicle and they were the only place that I could find one in good shape. I can not recall the salesman's name now but he was very pleasant to work with and made the deal and paperwork very painless. They have a wide variety of vehicles to choose from, satisfying any budget, with financing options as well.

I also give them zero stars. They sold me a vehicle that was unsafe to drive. The frame is about 80% rotted. They stuffed the holes with rags and then spray painted a hard black coating over all the holes so when you looked at the frame it looked fine. I bought the truck as is but I was not informed I was buying a vehicle that I could not drive. They are not willing to pay the $6000 that it will cost to fix the frame to make it safe to drive. There were many issues with this vehicle but ones I expected with buying a used as is vehicle. They put bicycle tire patches on the tires. One week after I had it both front tires went flat. Do not buy anything from this dealership. They should not be allowed to even have a business.

Not reliable! You set up an appointment to buy a car, and upon arriving early you find out they sold the car the day before. Not good business ethics. Don't have the courtesy to keep their word. Don't have the decency to call and let you know they sold the car out from underneath of you.
