Bought a pair of pants…got one size too small. Tried to exchange but they didn’t have the correct size. Asked them to return them. Was shocked to hear they can not return clothing if the tags have been removed. I said it didn’t make sense because the exact same jeans are still out on display. Said the policy was on the receipt and online. I found it neither place. I now have to eat a $70 pair of pants I can’t wear because we bought one size too small 3 weeks ago and unfortunately I’m wasn’t dishonest enough to go remove the tags off of another pair still sitting in same display…and yes I had my receipt. I told them they should absolutely have it on the receipt if that is their policy however dumb it may be…

I ordered online and the item I received was I a box that looked like it had previously been returned, the box was damaged and the product was shaking around. I took it to the store after calling and letting them know. They wouldn’t even exchange it. They said I would have to buy another one and wait for my refund on the first one. Called customer service and they said it would take 5-7 days for the refund. This has been the worst experience! Never buy from them online. They will just send you anything, they do not care about their online customers. BTW they opened the box at the store and it was all all mess and missing packaging and who knows what else.

They had an ice maker there that I would have liked to have purchased but I wanted to know what the price was. The lady scand it then she put the code into the computer but couldn't get a price. So another lady came over which I believe was a manager. She told her to do the same thing to scan it and to enter the number on the barcode. But they couldn't get a price. I was asked if I would move over and let them help other customers. They later helped me but they couldn't find a price they went online to find a price and couldn't find it at all, so the lady that I believe was the manager told me she was sorry but there was nothing she could do and that was that. My family made their purchase and was out in the car waiting for me what they thought would take a few minutes lasted a half an hour or so. So it was just a big waste of time I never found out how much the ice maker cost. I feel like these are the days we live in where often the answer is I don't know.

I expected the same great experience as usual. Today was my second attempt to get my online order that confirmed Friday 11/24 as pickup date & todays Nov 29th. I must make third attempt bc I didn’t want to wait on rude Kourtney another second.
