Our house had damage from a storm and downed trees. From the moment I called JW Didado I was treated with respect and kindness. The work done at my house was done professionally and timely. I highly recommend this company and appreciate all of their help during a time when I needed a company to do what they promised.

The ABSOLUTE BEST. I deal with contractors for a living and can't speak highly enough of their service, prices, and staff

This company tore up our farm field and our gravel driveway. They were not even working on our road, but they used our driveway as their personal turnaround every day for months. One of their big trucks tore up our property after it rained. They promised to repair it and never did. Their employees are rude and a couple of them harassed us on our own property. Avoid this company at all costs. They are terrible!

Once again DiDado the rescue! I live in a monster 1924 house that is all masonry including the floors. We needed to put in a 220 line to the kitchen which was challenging to say the least. Bill, the electrician was so methodical and careful to take everything into account and think everything through before the first hole was made. I just love having a company that I can count on showing up on time, doing an excellent job every single time. Thanks all of you for being in business and I hope you're in business for the rest of my life! There really isn't any job I can think of that I would hire anyone else for unless they made the referral.

Pros: They've done all the electrical work in my house for years including many upgrades. They offer free estimates as well as good advice and alternatives when requested.Con: Some of the electrician's material like sharp tacks we're left on the vapor barrier in my crawl space .. I had to go down and clean it all up before other contractors would work in the area. Be sure to ask the electrician not to leave any of their work byproduct in the area and check it before they leave.

My husband is 69 years of age and is a diabetic and I am 68 years of age. On Tuesday, September 28, 2021 we had a basement fire and ONLY the electrical box was destroyed. (Praise God!!) My husband decided to contact JW Didado after several other companies were booked. We had REALLY wanted Blind and Sons as they had completed work for us previously and they were absolutely WONDERFUL and Obtained and Filed ALL Required PERMITS as needed TIMELY!!! My husband asked Rob, the installer, from JW Didado prior to starting the work if they were licensed, bonded and would pull the permits. Rob stated they were and that my husband would need to go to the main office, speak with John Carpenter, his boss, head of residential regarding the permits and to pay the bill. On Friday, October 2, 2021 my husband went to JW Didado to pay the bill and spoke with John Carpenter. John Carpenter informed my husband that he would handle the permits, etc., and call the Building Inspection Dept that Friday afternoon, October 1, 2021 and handle Everything. John Carpenter informed my husband that he would receive a call from the Building Inspection Dept on Monday, October 4, 2021. I would like to mention that my husband was very pleased with Rob, the installer as it took him 3 days to install the new electric box and add extensions to the existing wires. On Monday, October 4, 2021 prior to the Building Inspection Office closing at 4pm, I called the Building Inspection Dept and spoke with Michelle. She informed us that she had not received ANYTHING from JW Didado. I decided to drive to Mr. Carpenter's office that same day and requested to speak with him. I let the receptionist know we weresenior citizens and we had been without electric since Tuesday September the 28th!! After being asked numerous questions from the not so pleasant and/or concerned receptionist, I provided my telephone number and asked that Mr. Carpenter Please contact me and or my husband and I left. Mr. Carpenter eventually called my husband on Monday October 4, 2021 and mentioned to us that he was two weeks behind and he was able to get someone to our home ASAP and that we should at least be happy about that. My husband simply asked him if he had sent the information to the Building Inspection Dept. Mr. Carpenter smirked and tried to brush that aside. My husband further stated that JW Didado had been in business for 26 YEARS and should have known to obtain the permits which needed to be taped to the front window of the home showing that work was being done on our home!!!!!! My husband let Mr. Carpenter know that on Monday morning October 4, 2021 we filed a complaint at the Building Inspection Dept. Mr. Carpenter eventually called my husband back on Monday October 4, 2021 to inform us that we would be receiving a call from the Building Inspection Dept on Tuesday, October 5, 2021. Believe it or not that actually happened, and the inspector came out on Wednesday, Oct 6 2021 in the morning. The Inspector was TOTALLY SURPRISED that JW Didado did not follow through as promised. The Ohio Edison electrician arrived on Thursday-October 7, 2021 in the morning to turn on our electric. He was Also APPALLED and somewhat Shocked that Mr. Carpenter NEVER CALLED the Building Inspection Dept to request an inspector come to our home until Tuesday, October 5, 2021.!!!!!! He informed us that we should have called Ohio Edison instead. As retired Senior Citizens on Fixed Incomes, we were also not able to save a lot of our food that was in our downstairs freezer and in our kitchen refrigerator. Neighbors on both sides and behind us are all retired seniors on fixed incomes. Their families are grown and they no longer have the large freezers and/or refrigerators. In reference to the installer Rob, he did excellent work the three days he was in our home and we would not mind having him do further work in our home as needed. However, we do NOT TRUST JW DIDADO MANAGEMENT, which is his boss, Mr. Carpenter and will NEVER have JW Didado do ANY work in our home. I would like it known that I would not trust Mr.
