The selection for women's clothes has been reduced. The staff just huddles around the cash register area and chats with each other. No greeting, no assistance, no "can I start a fitting room for you?", nothing. When I mentioned that to the person who checked me out, she dismissed it completely. "We've heard that before, things have changed." I'd rather drive somewhere else with a larger selection and friendlier staff.

Yikes, this place went way downhill! I was roaming around and no joke, the sales team was just camping out at the register and chatting with each other. No help whatsoever, not even a hello. When I did proceed to checkout, I was ignored while they were still talking to each other, they just scanned my items and then I paid. I did not speak to them and they did not even say anything to me, not even how much my total was.If you are looking for a deal and you are an in and out person, then go. If you want service, it's definitely not here.

"You gotta work what you got" should be this stores motto. They don't have a huge selection and they don't get a lot of foot traffic, but they do have great attitudes and they are always helpful. It's not the biggest Jcrew, but it's here- and hopefully it's here to stay.
