Needed an elegant, formal dress for a black-tie gala this weekend. Within 30 minutes, I found and tried on multiple beautiful gowns that fit perfectly and walked out with "the one." Fabrics and stitching were high-quality and prices were very reasonable.

The lady was very nasty and judgmental. If you don't look rich, don't go in there! Find another place to get clothes.

Kathleen helped my wife today find the perfect outfit for our daughters September wedding. She patiently helped with many selections and offered very helpful advice. She was happy to order a smaller size but is keeping the one on hand just in case that is a better fit. It is rare to find such good service and we appreciated it!

Went to look for a formal dress and found one only to be told I had to pay $50 just to try on. If I bought it the money would go toward purchase and if anything in the store. I walked out immediately. I have to pay to try on and they pay for a dress. I will never go back there again. How arrogant of this store to think they are doing me a service. what the hell!!! No wonder the store was empty

What dress shop charges people 50.00 to try on a dress? My wife went here yesterday and was told it would cost her 50.00 to try on a dress if the dress was purchased the 50 comes off the price otherwise she gets a store credit what a racquet. Nothing was said of this on the website or other reviews so I thought I would mention it for the next unsuspecting person.

Hasn’t changed since the 2000’s. Very outdated and the lady was extremely rude and pretty much shoved us out the door.

I was searching for a Mother of the Groom dress at numerous shops in Cleveland, Youngstown, Columbus and Cincinnati without luck. I knew exactly what I wanted but couldn't find it until I walked into Ino's. Nancy and Sandi selected four dresses. I absolutely fell in LOVE with the last one I tried on! They called the manufacturer and it was in stock. It was shipped immediately! I am SO happy!! They have a beautiful selection of formal and social apparel. I highly recommend Ino's! Nancy and Sandi are fabulous!

Nice clothing for special, very and extra special occassions, nice events. The staff said hello, but were more distant in their approach; older lady encountered. (Nothing against her, just my experience). The 3 $$$'s are true to fact pertaining to the price-point. I really think it's a place you have to come into to get and see the experience. I wish them well and hope to possibly return some day.

Nancy and Pari are the absolute best! They will find you things in the store that you've missed because there are so many beautiful things. Definitely one of a kind service that is hard to find these days. Their jewelry department is also incredible. Handmade and you can have them altered if necessary. Friendly, helpful and wonderful ladies.

Called first to see if they had plus sizes in evening gowns. The woman on the phone was very nice and said for me to come in because they had lots to choose from (coming in from Canton). Got there this afternoon and the front door was propped open, a clue that it was hot inside. It was 80 degrees outside. The sales person behind the counter had NO MASK on. HELLO...THERE IS A GLOBAL PANDEMIC GOING ON. The other woman who was working the floor had a mask on but only when she was talking. Anyway, they had a very low and very poor selection of plus size gowns. I was done looking in a few minutes. The woman working the floor had zero interest in helping me or apologizing for low inventory. Huge waste of my time in a hot store with workers with no masks. Dillard's up the street had a great selection of dresses, and half the price. Ino's should bite the bullet and close up. Their glory days are over.
