I don't have an account there but my first paycheck at a new job was written off them so I go inside to cash it. They wanted $10 to do it & needed 3 forms of ID since my valid license is from Alabama. As much as I hate to admit: Walmart + 1 ID = $4

Absolute trash. This bank only works three tellers at a time that are all so entirely out of shape that you can hear the heavy breathing from them just moving their fingers to type. They show no initiative to hustle and move customers through at a reasonable pace. This is the most lazy and unsatisfactory establishment I have ever stepped foot into. I’ve I could give them a negative rating I would. I will be looking to move my banking to another name bank because of this branch specifically. One bad apple ruins the whole bunch. Do better Huntington bank. Monitor your employees and their efficiency. You need to do an internal audit without a doubt.

Do not go to any bank on the first of the month and expect to not wait. I come to this branch and no other due to the fact that the employees work hard to move everyone through the line as fast as they can and they keep a smile on their faces. I've seen on these reviews that the staff is rude and the staff does not help each other. When I am in the branch all I see is the staff helping each other. The only people that are rude are the customers expecting service right away. Its honestly ridiculous, don't you people wait in line at the grocery store, the drive-thru? You also wait in the doctors office. No body has patience anymore and if you don't want to wait in line and see these wonderful staff members maybe don't , no one is forcing you to stand in line. Also the ATM not working is not the staff members fault.

This is the worse Huntington branch I have ever seen. I been using Huntington since 2011. This branch is by far the worse. I use it because its close to my baby sitters. But every time I go here it takes an hour to get in & out. They got a brand new high dollar ATM that is always broken. Which makes the inside & drive through always packed
Their employees move with no sense of urgency. Like they don’t care. They don’t help eachother either
Words of advice. If u go here & the atm is down . It’s honestly probably quicker to drive somewhere else then go inside.

Terrible bank honestly needs closed. I've only had two tellers there actually know some customers service the rest are just terrible. Manager expects customers to know there policies instead of the tellers explaing them.

The guy inside took care of me really well when setting up my account and trying to connect my account for bill pay. I made my car payment and he even saved me bunch of fees because I selected a account which required a 30k minimum balance for savings! He understood my financial situation and fixed it for me immediately.

Only part-time working Hunington ATM in my area! Only other Huntington ATM down the street at 91 and Canton rd got robbed and has not been replaced..this is the only Hunington bank in my area also ...I incur a ser charge every time this ATM is down because I now have to drive to another banks ATM.. sorry Huntington Bank .. this isn't the first or worst thing Huntington Bank has done to me. Chase Bank is is looking better and better!!!

This branch always has long wait times. and one time. The teller even got up and walked to the back with a long line. I will no longer use this branch and i'm almost Tempted to move a completely different bank.

This is by far the worst Huntington I've ever dealt with in the 10 years of having Huntington the ATM was always broken the ATM always shows that the windows is not updated and activated which makes that ATM insecure this is a joke do not go to this branch

I visit the branch on Wedgwood every week since it’s closest to my house. The atm is always out of order, turned completely off, not accepting deposits, not handing out cash. This daily problem this bank has with the atm won’t be addressed either. So a simple trip always turn’s so complicated very quickly leaving me to run around finding a working atm. Please don’t ask for me to email anything for you. Forward the information you were just provided and fix the issue. The issue that the bank is fully aware of.

Worst bank experience ever. I really hate to say it but the branch manager gave me very racist energy. Was threatened with the police while having a civil conversation trying to gain understanding as to why she refused to deposit a good check. She happily serviced white customers with a smile but was mean and hostile to me. Even still I was polite and passive because I am black and we all know how these situations play out. Terrible banking experience. Customer for over 3 years.

I found a $100 bill on the ground at Giant Eagle, nobody was around, so I took it to my bank to see if it was real. I wanted to do the right thing and make sure I wasn't passing out fake money. I had to fill out my information for the secret service? Pretty embarrassing, but I am innocent so I did it. Well, here is my name again in the form of a 1 star review... Also, get more than 1 teller, coming inside the lobby was a terrible experience.
