Terrible experience at this location! Had fraudulent activity on my account. Went in to talk to a someone to get my problem fixed. An agent named Yolanda completely messed up account by filing a dispute I never asked for! When I called this bank to fix the problem the manager Jeanette was so rude! She had a nasty tone on the phone. And transferred me to customer service without even trying to fix my problem! I would recommend you switch banks after this experience but if you do stick with Huntington go to any other branch but this one!

Went to this location earlier to cash my check and handle some business the two tellers I went to were both very rude and had bad attitudes for no reason horrible customer service skills will not recommend this location to anyone if you care about hospitality

Very bad experience the manager have a 0 costumer service. I close my 2 business account with them. She probably be better running a garage. Not a bank .

WENT TO THE ARLINGTON AVE BRANCH DRIVE THROUGH LINE ON 05/30/23. I SAT THERE FOR 20 MINUTES WITH CUSTOMERS IN 1 OTHER LINE BEING ASSISTED. I GOT FED UP AND PULLED UP FRONT TO GO INSIDE TO GET MY ITEMS THAT I SENT IN AND NEVER GOT WHAT I CAME THERE FOR DONE BECAUSE SITTING IN LINE HAD ME RUNNING LATE FOR WORK. I WILL TRY MY HARDEST NOT TO VISIT THAT BRANCH AGAIN

Some of the tellers use this bank as a place to gossip with the clients. They would rather hear about everyone's f as mild and friends than do their job. Long lines.

I called several Huntington branches to help with a few questions and I couldn’t get any straight answers. Janetta at this branch was wonderful and very knowledgeable and helped me right away!

Horrible Huntington branch. The manager is very rude, laughing about me cashing in a certain amount of coins, right in front of me. On top of that, I waited in line while the same manager stood there on her phone instead of opening another window. Will not be returning to this location. This lady should not be a manager if she’s treating account-holders this way.

Stood in line for over 30 minutes yesterday before walking out. There was a line of 8+ in front of me. One person working the counter. Not a single customer moved in that half hour. Manager walked past the line laughing as she left for lunch. 3 Bankers sitting around doing nothing as we impatiently waited. Last time I was there, had to wait over 20 minutes as the second car in line at the drive through. Get it together.

The circus style commercials with gyrating clowns, should give you an idea of what you're in for, while banking with Huntington. They're not hip, they're not trendy, they're not proficient Bankers. The South Arlington Street location is more like a dog and pony show. Avoid this location.
