Customer service, online specialist and Supervisors are the rudest ever. I recently started an account with Huntington Bank and none of the online features worked. It still today won't let me transfer money or pay bills. It was declining all purchases made using routing and account (on Amazon) despite having plenty to cover them. I literally had no access to my money whatsoever. The debit card didn't arrive until 9 days later. Every time I called no one was helpful with fixing any of the issues and I live hours from a local branch. This is one of the worst banking experiences I’ve ever had. I ended up connecting my credit union to the account and transferring all of my money back out...which took an additional 4 days

I had a horrible experience on the phone with customer service, but when I came into this branch Jennifer, the only clerk working at the time was an AMAZING help. She not only resolved my issues but reported the customer service representatives that were highly rude and hung up on me. Kudos to her.

Not a customer bank! Looking for a better bank!!!The are not interested in their customers only their money. During covid they have zero consideration for any of their customers or the delay in mail (that was severely delayed) even though things were sent 12 -15 days early. Not to mention call.my local branch and I get no help just "we about do that for you and heavy breathing" . This company is creeping me out!!!! I tried calling their corporate office and was told I could schedule a call back for Saturday, its Thursday and they won't get back to me until Saturday. Wth? This is not service!! Looking a for a better bank, not al all impressed by this place!!!!!!!!!

I have been treated terribly by this financial institution. The fees they charge are out of line. Worse than that, they do not reach out to their clients to explain fee changes or suggest a way to change the way an account is set up in order to benefit the client! I am so angry with how I have been treated. The person handling my account told me (twice) that if I were as wealthy as her other clients then my fees would be negligible!!! Terrible!!!!!!

If I could give less than 1 star I would they've been asking me for months at other branches to apply for a new credit card and I kept saying no so one day I'm in there at the tower branch for some other business and one of their clerks took it upon themselves to fill out credit application without my permission. It has negatively affected my credit and they will not help when I call they keep blowing me off saying it's no big deal
