I had a horrible experience on the phone with customer service, but when I came into this branch Jennifer, the only clerk working at the time was an AMAZING help. She not only resolved my issues but reported the customer service representatives that were highly rude and hung up on me. Kudos to her.

By far the worst experience at an Huntington Bank. Four stars became my local bank sets a high bar.
