I visited this location in the month of January/2023. I walked in and they are playing rap music on the overhead music system. I understand that this particular branch is located in the Hood...(Arlington Plaza across from the Rosemary's & Wilbeth Homes) "Save-A-Lot"... But uh...??? No professionalism, totally turned off. Poor (H)enry & (R)ichard Bloch would be rolling over in their graves had they seen this Disgracefulness!! I sat there waiting in the lobby for 20 minutes straight...4 to 6 rap songs played..I didn't trust it so I left. Shame shame who's the manager over there allowing this?

If I could give them zero stars I would!! Had been going there the last few years with Tom unfortunately he retired so we saw Nancy at the time we talked I told her my kids filed their own taxes but for some reason she left them on ours. We get a call back telling us our kids were claimed by someone else I said yes I told her that. A gentleman then got on the phone gave me a new return amount I said ok! Never saw a return nothing had to call again to be told we are not getting anything in return Isorry for the mistake!!!?

So I went to get my taxes done, and before I got them done,I informed the preparer that I don’t have my IP pin, for those who don’t know what this is it’s so know one can still your identity. The preparer said He could still do it. I gave them 259.00 and he said I would receive refund in 20 days. Long story short. 20 days later I was told I couldn’t get my taxes cause I didn’t have my IP pin. I talked to a site manager and they said the preparer shouldn’t have told me they could do it. She asked me what should she do I told her I would like a refund, well that was January 2022 still waiting on the check. I needed that money to move and still at my moms. Thanks H&R
