Gail helped me with my reservation. Somehow, she had a brand new Hyundai Elantra with my name on it. Easy checking out and even easier bringing it back. Couldn't have been a better experience.

Ordered online and picked up at a time convenient to me. Staff was knowledgeable and very friendly. If you’re from the area and in need of a rental car I highly recommend this Hertz location.

Worse experience ever. Will definitely go back to enterprise for my car rental needs. This rental agency has the most ignorant rules for renting a car with them. A $400 fee if they find animal hair! No way

If I could give zero stars, I would. Don’t bother making a reservation. I planned a reservation a month prior to my trip, went to pick up the rental vehicle and was told they could not do anything for me as they had just closed at 12pm. However, according to my reservation I was supposed to pick it up at 12pm. So, if I’m supposed to pick up the vehicle when you’re closing, how am I ever supposed to get the vehicle? The manager was not helpful, however he did give me a paper to call and get my $450 refunded after telling me they had given the last car away at 11:30am. So, they had given the last vehicle away prior to my reservation time. Even if I had showed up before closing, I still wouldn’t have been able to get my vehicle. This is a joke of a company and I would not recommend anyone going here and/or making a reservation. Thank you Hertz for making what was supposed to be the easiest part of my vacation preparations into the hardest. You’re awesome! :)

I used this Hertz when my car had to be repaired and the dealer sent me because their fleet was gone. They were quite pleasant and professional on the phone and in person. I was in and out in 10 minutes and I really appreciate the kindness and professionalism. I had no issues.

I had to utilize this car rental company due to it being the choice of the insurance company. I had the car for about 2.5 weeks and did not have any issues. They were able to pick me up at the collision center and drove me to the site of the rental car agency. I believe the employee's name was Winston and he was very friendly the entire car ride to the rental location. $50 deposit and should be getting it back. As of this review I have turned my car in and have not heard anything back from the company. So hopefully everything was fine. If not I'll update the review. The car pictured is my rental car.

I would give a 1/2 star if I could.My friend had a car reserved for 3 weeks! They did not have it available or anything comparable. Offered her a truck! The associate was kind.But had no advice. I'm sure he has heard it before. There didn't seem to be a manager that was willing to come out to help either.It seemed more of a first come first serve and who complained the loudest got the choice of cars.Would never suggest this place ever!

I rented a car online through my Expedia AARP. I got a confirmation email stating the reservation was confirmed. When I got there the door was unlocked but there was no one at the desk. About 10 minutes later, the reservation person came walking in from outside. I told her I had a reservation that made online that day. She told me they were fully booked and even if they weren't, she couldn't rent me a car that their system was down. She was very rude and did not offer any type of resolution to the problem. There was another reservation clerk in the back who then came out. This place is very unprofessional. I will never deal with Hertz again

This review is for Gale lady who works there. She definitely gets 5 stars from me but the Hertz store itself 2 stars. There was an issue caused by the store put me in a very difficult situation but thankfully she solved the problem and I was relieved.Thanks you Gale.

This place is very unprofessional had a reservation set for a funeral and they gave it away and didnt notify me until I walked through the door now I'm stuck and may miss my family members funeral. Dont trust these guys

Recently placed a rental for a 2022 Toyota Camry, upon arrival they demanded a hidden 500$ down-payment and gave us a entirely different supposed equal Value Car , the car was in terrible shape , damaged front end and totally unaligned , car pulls furiously to the right. I wouldn't recommend.
