Except for the fact they don't sell the floor displays...this place has never let me down with any of the items I was there looking for. The help is knowledgeable and always right there to help. You all rock!

I walked in with my support dog Trixie. I was greeted with the say hello and a smile. I went in for one thing and left with 8 items. Oops! Checkout wait was 4 minutes. To check me out was about 3 minutes mainly because I had to update my contact info.

The customer service rep was very professional and courteous. They always have a good selection of tools more so than other harbor freight companies that I've been to.
