Used a storage room here for a little over a year and never had a problem with moisture or security. We did notice some mouse activity but nothing damaged beyond soiling; maybe a nearby unit had food?

Used twice over the years, however the spray insulation falls down over time and makes your stuff dusty.

Staff were very kind and helpful! After a disaster with Uhaul and waiting for 1.5 with very little help, I desperately called Guardian Self Storage needing a storage locker right then. I feel bad that I showed up right before they closed, but they were as friendly as could be. They hooked me up with a locker quickly and easily, and for less than what I was going to pay at Uhaul. Highly recommend for the great staff!!!

This storage place is a joke! I've attached pictures of the inside of my girlfriends storage unit. The ceiling got all over my girlfriends stuff. It was disgusting!! And they over charged her for insurance she NEVER asked for and they won't refund her money!!! DO NOT USE THEM THEY WILL RIP YOU OFF!!!
