Poor poooooor customer service, my wife called to schedule an appointment they left her hanging and then hang up on her , service department have the f worst attitude even when side mirror glass broke they tried to blame on her even the car have only 2k miles

**Buyers Beware**I stopped in to purchase a new car today! Because the car was on the sales lot. They wanted $3000.00 over MSRP. If the car cost more in manufacturing and assembly it will show in the MSRP sticker. The sales manager want to justify the price increases because he had the car on the sales lot. This would be call price gouging by the dealerships. Consumers need to say "No to these dealerships". As a business owner myself! If I tell my customer this is the price of my services today. "But tomorrow when I show up to do the same job it's going cost you $3000.00 dollars more! "This dealership and Honda lost a customer for life.As business owner myself I would rather have a customer for life.

Got me in within an hour for a tire rotation and oil change. The cost was cheaper or comparable to many other shops and I had the peace of mind that Honda parts were being used and not an after market filter (oil drips briefly without a rubber ring provided with Honda filters)
