charged me over 120 dollars to check my oil and to plug in an obd reader and delete my codes. said he couldnt do any work if he wanted to even though the car never left where i parked it when i dropped it off, but still charged me all that money to tell me to go somewhere else. i will never return for their service, also if any of you dont know go to AUTOZONE or ADVANCE AUTOPARTS to get your check engine light looked at for FREE

Listen to me I have never tipped anyone in the auto service industry in my life and today I did and it was well deserved! these guys are the best! oh my gosh I'm so happy because after being raked over the coals by two different Ford dealerships the last three months at over $2,000 each time ..you guys were breath of fresh air.. I'll be back. you guys are my new " place"

This place don't know what are they doing they install a $1400 set of tires on my pick up truck and after I explained that I need that truck for 8hrs road trip I have a very bad shaking on the entire truck body and steering wheel and very loud noise coming out from my left side wheel which ii dont have with my previous tires at the truck , I take the truck back and they said the tires was off of balance so they spend 4 hrs re doing the balace again and that same nigth I have to drive from Ohio to Chicago and Chicago to ny and the at 1am and the vibration was worst I call the place at the open time and they blame the tire balance machine and they send me to another shop to make the repair but I was on my way to ny so I take the truck to another personal tire shop and they said who wherer did that balace he don't know what he was doing they intall too much weight on those rims that they laughed at me. This place is the worst place on Akron I will not coming back to this place in my life also after paying from my packets for another wheel balance and replace a front wheel bering because the mecánic at the phone from goodyear shop tell me that what could be my noise issue the problem is the same those tires are worthless after a correction of the rigth way of wheel balance and wheel bering replacement the truck still the same with noise and vibration over 65mph and loud noise turning the steering wheel on the road at low or high speed or even switching lines on highway.
Now nobody wants to payment back or replace the tires has warranty i take the trck to another goodyear franchise and they want me to paid another 85dlls for each tire replace and plus another 125 installation and balance that's a fkng joke.

Everyone that works here is nice but over 6 hours for brakes with an appointment is just ridiculous! They are nice here but the rates are high and the amount of time they take with an appointment is unacceptable. I wasted a whole day for a job that was only going to take a couple of hours according to them. I won’t come back here for anything besides tires and at this point I will go to a different store. Over $1000 for brakes and rotors and over 6 hours. Not worth it. I should have gone to the dealership and at least had a loaner for the day.

If you come here make sure your schedule is FREE. I am writing this review while sitting in the lobby and have been here for two hours for an oil change and tire plug. I could’ve been in and out elsewhere with plenty of time to spare

Workers don’t treat vehicles properly. Just a short hour after I dropped my car off, my steering wheel comes back torn up! From what?? Nobody knows how to be careful here. DO NOT GO HERE

Ordered a set of brand tires and made an appointment to come in showed up for the appointment and they told me all they have are these cheap Chinese knock offs. No one even attempted to call me extremely unprofessional, don’t deal with Janice couldn’t even apologize for dropping the ball

They kept the car for 3 days and didn't have tool to fix it! Needed waterpump put on Ford car.

I have been coming to this store for routine things such as tires, oil-changes, and most recently, pricey repairs for my van (since it's a 2013). Dan and Jackie look around to get me the best price on parts and the waiting area is warm with facilities and coffee.

Longtime customer to this location. Have treated me well. Staff has always been pleasant. Fair priced given the market for chain repair & maintenance shops. Never tried to charge me for non-essential extras.
