Just called in and had to get information that I didn’t know I needed and told them to hold on and after 30 seconds the lady ended the call???? I understand if I took like 5 mins but 30 seconds and the lady ended it?? Maybe they were busy, but the lady could have let me know so I didn’t have to deal with such rudeness. Whoever answered the call on 03.13. 24 at 3:33pm please do better. ?

I switched to Giant Eagle after CVS told me that YET AGAIN meds were on backorder. This is the third different medication that they have this issue with. CVS told me that everyone was out and this medication was very hard to get however, Giant Eagle always has them in stock! Ashley was so nice and took care of everything for me! Im now going to pull ALL prescriptions from CVS (Mogadore) and have Giant Eagle handle everything from here on out. :)

The entire staff here is so rude that I WISH I was able to switch pharmacies for both of my parents. It’s a nightmare to talk to any of the tech’s because they all talk to you like you are an inconvenience.

This review is specifically for the bakery. Just picked up a cake this morning and the woman working was very nice and friendly. The cake I bought was really good. Not overly sweet. The strawberries were fresh.The store in general is very clean and organized and the shelves are always well stocked. This is one of my favorite locations.

Woodmont lower but they only have one star they have nothing for 0 the one girl Felicia is very rude they always say you have to wait until the next day so they can order them and by the time you get home their texting you telling you it's ready for pick up and you get there and they don't have I switched to the one in Akron on Waterloo and brown st their awesome the right on top of everything and try to help you save their the best

They could consistently carry products. I know there are supply chain problems. However, Wa-Mart and Meijer are able to keep the exact products I mean in stock at all times. Specifically Milo's zero sugar tea and International Delight French Vanilla Zero Sugar Creamer. As well as many other items.

It took me forever to learn how to put this review in but I really wanted to leave it to let GE Pharmacy @ 2801 Waterloo Rd just how rude one of your techs is. Always complaining they’re too busy. Rude to the old man in front of me in line on May 11 & then rude to me too. Whatever happened to good customer service? Terrible. Maybe a reminder to your staff that kindness is important.

My elderly mom get her scripts here @ 2801 Waterloo Rd. My dad picks them up for her as she's disabled. He has told me on more than one occasion that they're rude and short with him. They tell him they're so busy these days & "have a lot going on". I go to another GE pharmacy in Hartville and they have great customer service, are kind and courteous. If you have an option, don't pick this pharmacy. Maybe it's their management that makes these pharmacy employees stressed and angry.

I tried to get my prescription filled yesterday and the pharmacy system was down. I watched Felicia A. In 'assisting' another customer before me. She was very rude to her. Then to myself. I come back next day to drop off my prescription for myself and she asks me my allergies. In medicine its sulfa based medications. I also had a latex allergy on file too but her tone of voice was very rude when requesting my other allergy. She was training someone else in the pharmacy today. I dont think it would do well for this person to be training another individual if customer satisfaction is something you expect from a new employee. Congrats on losing a customer.
