General manager Mike was extremely disrespectful.Will be calling corporate in the morning. Long story short Getgo has been having issues with Apple Pay. I completely understand but I was then instructed I could by a gift card to purchase gas. Tenant then proceeded to let me purchase $30.00 “wet go” gift card which couldn’t be used. Remnant said refund couldn’t be obtained so called GM. Now frustrated because I wasted $30.00 to purchase something that couldn’t be used, I was then kicked out of store per Mikes instructions. Been a customer of getgo for 10+ years across many NE Ohio locations, never been treated like this. Took my business to broadview heights location and the kind workers there heard my situation and allowed me to swap $30 gift card for customer comp’d gas. 0/5 is better ranking for Medina rd location. Will never see my business again.

Too cheap to give a bag. The cashier Anna is rude when I asked for a plastic bag for cold items bc the brown paper bag wouldn't last she said she couldn't.. so the location doesn't do plastic but sells tons of plastic items and uses plastic bags so why couldn't I have a plastic bag .. and WHY DO I NEED TO ASK FOR A RECEIPT FOR MY TRANSACTION... to then be given attitude bc I asked for it ...

If I could currently leave zero stars then I would. I stopped at this location to get gas tonight because I trust a getgo more than other establishments. After tonight I won't be using getgo again. I have used my debit card to purchase gas for the last five years and not once has my card had a hold placed on it. I purchased exactly $40.01 of gas and getgo took a total of $121.53. Are you kidding me right now? What kind of amount is that? The biggest problem of all is I was heading to Walmart to purchase food and gifts for my nephews birthday party that is tomorrow, and you took almost all of my money. I am not a rich person where I can wait for the hold to clear. I live paycheck to paycheck like most people and you have now ruined a birthday party. I have no way to get these items now or to get more money to cover them so what am I supposed to tell all the guests that will be arriving in less than 10 hours? What do I tell my 5 year old nephew that won't get a present on his birthday and at his party that we won't have food or decorations or cake n ice cream at? I worked overtime to afford this party and in one fowl swoop you took the money and this get together. I go to getgo in Barberton daily and not once have they ever done this. I am beyond upset and now I have to look this child in the face and explain why. Getgo doesn't have to do this. Thanks a lot for ruining this day. Loyal customer now switching to circle k because they don't do this crap. All giant eagle cares about is their profit margins. People are just sheep to this corporation. Your slogan should say prices are high and they will leave you feeling low and then we will take more. What am I supposed to by with $1.58 left? How am I going to feed 20 people with $1.58? I will be sharing this story far and wide because people need to know what kind of business this is and how they care. Wow.

As a business owner, I was appalled when I was assaulted by this person's negative attitude and the way that they choose to conduct themselves in front of other employees is inappropriate. I felt very uncomfortable with this. Young man leering at the younger female employees, staring at them.

There A employee there. He is a manager. I believe he's been causing a hostile work environment for the other employers. There is a nice young girl who works there who has a hurt leg and for a while. She's been using a chair. But management thinks that they shouldn't be able to lean or sit even though she is hurt and has removed the chair, forcing this individual to stand on her leg.

We are a nice friendly staff located at this location. We go above and beyond for each customer but at times we have to manage situations that come our way! We adhere to company policies to the highest extent. This location has been opening at 6:30 AM and closing at 9pm since it was built so the confusion in the reviews is very surprising? And yes the pumps do get turned off when it is deemed necessary to do so upon closing !

8:56pm on a Thursday night, I drive up to get gas and the dispensers are open. I get out of my car and they're suddenly shut off. What's with this gas station? Half the time the dispensers are shut down!

This gas station has the most incompetent and rude staff. This is the second time this year when they tricked me, I asked for 10 packs of Lucky Strike which I should pay $52 but I end up paying $58, and the lady also raised voice on me. Shame on this brand for hiring such people, I understand to hire this kind of people if you want to keep a low price, but they are not the cheapest as well. I checked the other reviews and saw that nobody is doing anything about it. Shame to the management and this brand, I will continue using Speedway, shame to GetGo.

Not actually open when the store hours are listed. Not the first time this has happened. The pumps were not turned on & the employee was there but not doing their job. The morning employee should be fired. This is not an issue w/the other getgo a few miles up the street.

GetGo APP says they're open 5:00am to 9:00pm. I tried to get gas at 6:05am today and the dispensers were shut off and the store was dark. This isn't the first time this has happened. I suggest GetGo update their hours on the app.

Awful GetGo location. Went out of my way to this location yesterday at 9pm to pump gas - all pumps were disabled and store was closed. Hours say 11pm. One star.
