First off, it is a run down dirty place that I was not thrilled to have my child at, with hookahs and girly magazines clearly visible and accessible. Secondly, was talked into a price on merch that at checkout turned into more than what was agreed upon. Thirdly, upon authentication check, both gba carts were bootlegs and therefore a scam anyways. Bad business, Shady business. Will not return and will be spreading word to keep away like the plague.

PURCHASED A WHITE XBOX SERIES S CONTROLLER QUITE A WHILE AGO, SERVICE WAS GOOD AND THE WALK DOWN MEMORY LANE WAS THE BEST DUE ALL OF THE RETRO VIDEO GAMES AND CONSOLES AVAILABLE, LOVE TO STOP IN WHEN IM NEAR THE AREA TO SHOP AROUND.

Waited in the area a bit, the first time i came at 12:30 they were closed. they didnt actually open til 1pm despite the hours on google and on their door had some okay older games i wanted to get
the prices are what even he feels like making them. There are price tags all over the store but they dont follow them. Tried to tell me the game i wanted was super expensive online which is not true at all! Prices are stupid high and the place is very sketchy especially how he does buisiness. Paid in cash and he didnt have any money in the register just took it straight from his pocket which had no real change. The place is gross and smells bad. The pokemon games are fake even thought he will attempt to convince you they are real. I have no idea how this place is still here. He even just adds how much tax he feels like

Owner was very nice . Checked games etc before sending us out the door with them. Very nice. Plus gave us a credit on next trip. Lots of selection for many different gaming systems and accessories. I'll be going back when I need any gaming stuff forsure

The guy that works there appearently after the owner leaves is hard to deal with and scammed me basically tried to get him to open up and clean out my xbox 360 and I opened it up to check because the disc drive belt still wasn't clean it was still getting stu k and there was dust everywhere inside it and webs charged 75$ for nothing and never gave me store credit or anything back for it.

Total rip off and scam artists!!! They will knowingly sell you broken games , and conveniently don't offer refunds, just fake "store credit". They do not honor the "store credit". Will tell you it's expired without even checking no matter how long its been because they don't even keep tabs of it. Then they put the broken games right back on the shelf, and repeat the process. So don't go here unless you feel like donating your time and money for absolutely nothing in return. I've been going here since I was a kid and this place needs to be shut down.
Also, just to add. Their prices are OUTRAGOUS. You do not get any "deals" that they claim you're getting shopping there. Go to game stop or the exchange or litterally ANYWHERE ELSE.
