The worst since the new company took over. Changed my original contract, raised the amount of my unit twice since they took over. The customer service is horrible. Do not recommend. I screenshot my review and will be putting this on all social media platforms.Bianca Eksteen is the only customer service operator who is kind, knowledgeable, and knows how to solve a problem. Wanted to leave a separate review for just her, but I can only leave one review. I give Bianca 5 stars, she deserves it.Unfortunately my view is still the same as far as the pricing. The Internet advertising one price when you pay something different.

They supposedly did improvements to the facility nee gravel for the back units I was up front on the concrete the said they installed new cameras for what the gate doesn't work and is always open and then they decided to wait until they billed me on the 6th to let me know my bill went up 50% without notice and they said it was becuse of the gravel and cameras and that everyone had to eat the cost of those improvements ok they got 10ton of gravel dumped not that expensive to begin with and why wouldn't you fix the gate that's stuck open instead of installing new cameras which I can see no evidence to support there claim as there are no new cameras I've never in my life had my bill jump 50 % without warning I packed up and moved that day

Bunch of crooks. Worst service ever!!! Have had a storage here for 3 yrs. Got bought out, out of state people , they did not send out a letter telling they bought it, where to send payments. We are out of town, made a trip back because we were worried about out belongings. Found a lock on our storage, we were locked out. Tried calling for a whole week no answer, leaving messages. Calling 3 times a day. Went and reported to New Franklin police. Finally after one more call got an answer, I had mailed in 2 months rent and they had to sign for. They would not let me in my storage, I gave them a credit card. They charged for a lien, late charge, which I paid so I could get my belongings! Moved out, told them sent pictures , they did not mail my check back cashed it and said it was for Oct which we moved out and was on phone with them. Have called since, owner won’t return money or phone call. They have a PO Box in Fla. DO NOT RENT FROM THESE CROOKS!!! Worst experience ever. Would of never moved out but couldn’t get out of there fast enough. Now going back to town to file complaint on them to get 2 months rent back. Cashed check when they had my CC and was paid. Kept money!! Also it wasn’t just me they did this to!!! There was over 50 locks put on storages. Never in the 3 yrs renting this did I see any Red locks! Have talked to 2 people and have been told owner would contact me. This has been going on since Sept 21. Still no phone call from owner and has not returned my money. Nov 8 still no call or return money. Go on New Franklins page and read more issues with them same story

From calling in and dealing with very friendly call center staff to loading my details and moving in to the facility it was a smooth and pleasant experience - I can highly recommend this storage facility. Its safe and secure and as a single lady I felt super safe at all points while at my unit.
