Very understanding and accommodative were both Mr Brent and Mr Maurer listening to my needs and doing their best to accommodate my request for the oil change. Though I do get a strange smell upon driving subsequent to the oil change I do hope all is well and the car will not give any problems. A very neat, clean and impressive facility that should be appealing to all those who are interested in having their car problems attended to and resolved. Cheers.

Great service Brent in Montrose was outstanding helpful also I believe it was the district manager that was there they took the real good care of me and it was great prices for our area My car is running perfect thanks Flynn's I will recommend them to my friends and family

I went to them because they had great reviews and the best price on the tire. I ordered a tire almost a week prior to my appointment. I called the day before and was told the tire wasn’t ordered. No apologies, guy just hung up when I said that wouldn’t work. Though he called back shortly after and said they would go get the tire for me and have it there by the time they open on the morning, since I expressed I was supposed to use my car the next day. I even asked “will it be there by 7:30 when you open.” The answer was yes. I show up the next day. The man didn’t even look up from his computer. Told me it would be there. But isn’t now. No time frame, no sorry for saying it would be here and it’s not, nothing. I left there in tears the way that man talked to me and the feeling he gave me. I drove on my donut all the way there and had to go back. By the time the tire arrived I missed my trip because of this. I needed my SUV to haul, and they ruined the trip for me because I didn’t have it. Only good thing about this place was I could leave a message to cancel. Just go to NTB. They price match and the man on the phone was polite and they rushed me a tire even, due to Flynn’s error. They fixed their error, Flynn didn’t even apologize.

I called the store and talked to Brent. He was very helpful and gave me a couple options of tires for my vehicle. There was no pressure at all. After talking with him I selected some Goodyear tires and had them installed the same day. When I got to the store, he was so friendly and even went over the options again and it was the same price he quoted me. They also gave me a free alignment check. I thought "here we go", they will tell me I needed an alignment but no, I didn't need one. They even showed me the printout of the check. As a woman, it was nice to know I wasn't taken advantage of. I will be back when I need an oil change as they will even rotate my tires for FREE. Good Job Brent and staff for fast friendly service.

I called Flynn's tire to check on tires and spoke with Garrett. He was able to recommend tires and ordered them and had them available the same day. I dealt with Brent the next day. Both of them were friendly and professional
I recommend the Montrose location for any tire needs.
