Needed some shoes fast! was in a panic and Kara, the shoe manager was extremely helpful and patient. Which was exactly what I needed. Kara found two pair that were perfect and in record time. She understood what I was looking for and went right to them. Thank you Kara!

I went in three workers greated me to say hello instantly walked around looking for my shoes and asked if they had Converse, to where the young Gentlemen replied "I am off Duty". I couldn't get a simple Yes or No..I guess they make great door greeters?

Best costumer service I’ve ever had by far. The employees here are just fantastic.the moment I stepped in the door a blonde lady not only welcomed me but asked me how my day was and if she could help me find something. Later on I had a lady named Sharon who offered her help if I needed it. And even made small talk with me at the register instead of rushing me out. Really made my day. Thankyou ladies

Signed up for their credit card got approved then decided I was going to buy steel toe boots oops so I could go back to work tomorrow. But they don't carry stilt toe boots for women in store I can purchase them online but it's a 5 to 7 business day wait for home delivery.Definitely not convenient!
