My experience while working for the company.I was with the company for 1-year 2023- 2024 starting pay 24$ left making 25$... pay was okay but if you are making less than I really feel sorry for those because the work is not easy for a billion-dollar company.Department manager at the time Dave awesome guy to work for in Accounts Receivable.Benefits the company provide after 90 days #Excellent family very supportive.Human Resources Department- Very helpful as much as possible.CEO-Marc is a cool guy the only one to wish me luck on my new endeavors before leave.Brian / Pete - President and Chief financial....................There are a lot for people in the corporate office that are very nice and helpful... If I've spoken to you daily, you are those AWESOME peoples!!!!!!Others.... Not very nice and do not honor the 40 fundamentals the company lays out.........Now the new manager for account receivable Stacie just joined the company a few months ago and is the reason I resigned, #2weeknoticeNo one deserves to be shown that they are beneath anyone and once you are shown enough it's time to go!!!!!She gives poor leadership skills.A leadership style in which the leader is only interested in themself.Many have complained but hey, welcome to Corporate America.May they train her to be sensitive to other in the department and appreciate those that continued to stay.

I have been dealing with Famous Supply since I was basically a kid in the mid 80"s when I started doing machine repair and building maintenance repair. I have had nothing but good experiences with Famous all thru my learning curves as a young maintenance worker. Thank you for being a great company for the past 36 years.

Ordered a $450 Stream 33 bathtub at Famous Supply - Studio 33 up by Bedford Heights. Picked it up at the Akron warehouse and the acrylic finish was splotchy. The warehouse workers said that has been a common problem. The sales person at that wholesale location agreed and said they install them and then go out to do a refinish. We asked if they have another brand. He said Sterling but they often come in broken. He said he bought a Stream for his house because the finish can be repaired but you can't fix a broken tub. So why is Famous Supply selling bathtubs that their own staff know are defective? Why trust them at all? They wasted hours of our time.
