Excellent service!! Had a horrible experience at men's warehouse at chapel hill so we decided to go here ; it's a little out our way but the trip was well worth it! Immediately when we enter we were greeted and offered assistance. The gentleman that help us was great. He listen and help us. We felt welcome and taken care of. My son got nice suit vest for prom and we will definitely be back for more items. If you're a plus size man or you are a mother or father with a plus size son , please come here!! They make you feel welcome and the clothes are very nice and they have variety types of clothing from dress up to casual. The prices are also affordable!! You won't be disappointed! Thank you!!!

Ask for Scott at the Fairlawn location!! Drug my husband in and ended up leaving with a suit, tie, two shirts, shoes, suspenders, pocket square and a date to the wedding… I mean , a nice laugh and a handsome husband. He measured and fussed over my husband and made him feel like it was his wedding instead of our daughters. Tons and tons of clothes, lots of sizes, choices, shoes, and not for just young men… at 64 he was able to look amazing. Thank you Scott. We will be back in the spring.

Nice selection of cloths, nice store, good customer service.My only issue with DXL is price. I go to JCP and Kohls mostly, sometimes Amazon. Those prices are hard to beat. So I only go to DXL as last resort. Not that DXL does not have nice stuff. Just and issue with price.

Store and rep were fine. You need to change your system to redeem customer credits. The store needs to be able to look them up. The user needing to track and find them sucks.
