BEWARE Do not buy food from Dollar Tree unless you're sure it's good or that you bought the right thing, they offer no exchanges or returns on food items even though its states on their receipt that you can exchange ANY unopened item. I'll add that they're lacking customer service skills & training at this location, not a pleasant experience.

This is the worst dollar tree ever. Trash piling all over the place outside. Only 1 cashier most of the time. Line is like 10 people long.

Once you understand Dollar Tree, you can love Dollar Tree. The extra .25 they added to the prices has provided a terrifying boost to merchandise quality. Dollar Tree is Party City if you're not an idiot, and also you need a lined notebook for work. Oftentimes the merch here was once much more than $1.25 at one point in its existence at some other store, which is a solid reminder that the monetary value of items is arbitrary and none of this is real.Unlike Planet Fitness, Dollar (Twenty-Five) Tree is the true Judgement-Free Zone. I dare someone to look down on me whilst in there. I dare myself to do the same. In Dollar .25 Tree, we are all equals. There is no class system, no war. We can all afford something in there and we all smell that toxic odor wafting into our bloodstreams from the tremendous selection of holiday home decor. Let me put out some little Christmas trees and you try to tell me they're not from Target. You can't. Also, get out of my house, this visit is over.This one has a greeter at the door and I truly think she is one of the reasons Dollar Tree rises above other discount retailers. She reminds you that you're human during an errand where you might forget.At Dollar Tree you can find your 4th grade home room teacher and 6 women on an extended cigarette break. You can find accessibility to excess and you can say no to it.Don't buy the eyeshadow. Do buy the dish washing gloves.

Worst customer service EVER and the store is never stocked. The girls that work here are rude and don’t even wear green like they are required to! Ha I wonder if the dollar tree corp know this.. hmmm very unprofessional here. Like another review said. Go to a different dollar tree if you can!

The employees are ridiculous and rude if you have to go to a dollar tree I wouldn’t pick this oneI will never go to this location again because of the employees here they all need to be fired

I love dollar tree but this store on Waterloo rd. is completely a mess. The manager does not care about anything. The only reason I go in is because it is a big store. They get things other stores do not get. It's always trashed they don't have enough help. They seem to be out of a lot of stuff most of the time so you would think they would focus on getting that stuff back in. Something really needs to be done about it.

Not the best one around but it will work. No Dollar Tree can compare with the Market Street Ellet store. They are the best in town.
