The lines are too long with 1 line open the majority of the time. Then a second one pops up while the line is very long. They bag items too heavy for disabled people and elderly. And You Can’t Take The Carts Out Of The Store. Prices increased sizes decreased. The organization of the store is very good. Except the very low shelves. Some nice cashiers. The young man at the door greeting you as you come in is a very kind polite and cheerful. With my back issues I can’t shop there anymore because of their changes. Goodbye dollar tree. Your Former Customer

The worst location of them all. They never have anything, and it’s always so dirty!!

The floors were kind of dingy and some of the shelves were empty and some of the aisles had a lot of clutter, and minimal staff to be seen.

If I could give this store a zero star I would the store is filthy and is never stocked! The manager Jen is also extremely rude! I understand having a bad day but everytime I've been in there she has been rude!

Extremely disappointed. I was in line and yes I did have a lot of extra items. I didn't have as much money as I thought so I left the cart of unwanted items and went to the isle. I still spent over $100. As I was in line the employees were loudly talking about the items he just recovered that need to be put away. The manager said right next to me "yeah it was from that one girl she had two carts I told you". I was completely embarrassed and yes I did have many items but why need to call me out and embarrass me because you have items to be out away? The line was long and everyone was staring at me and I wanted to say something but I would have been rude. Its your job to put things away and even if I left a lot of things, to loudly point me out being "that gurl" is un professional and rude. Dec 14 at 640pm. The woman who rang me out was very nice. That manager is unprofessional. I would have apologized if such a snobby comment was not made.I not be embarrassed and called out by a manager and belittled and felt.even more embarrassed that I couldn't get all the Christmas things that I wanted to.

Poles on carts, limited shopping.Dollar tree is going to lose customers over this.

Go to literally any other location. The staff will be rude to you if there is an issue with your card. It took three people (and 20 minutes) to fix the issue. I know it’s dollar tree but come on. Human kindness goes a long way.

I love DollarTree stores, but this is the messiest one I have ever been!! I don't know if it's the shoppers or the staff but product is all over the floor, all over the racks not where it's supposed to be, even the parking lot outside the front doors is a mess with trash all over the parking lot. There is no pride here!!!
