I really love this hardware store! The employees are friendly and always helpful. They always go above and beyond in helping me find what I need and offer good advice. I never have to wait for help or walk miles around a store trying to figure out what's where. Another neat thing about this store, they offer some of the old-time candy! And it's not ridiculously expensive.

Nice cashier and staff Now that West Hill Hardware this seems like the only old time hardware place left which I think is true at least in this part of town Smells just like a real old time store and has an actual hardwood floor in the oldest area of the building The man that waited on me was very helpful and was pleasant and seemed to care about my needs So A++++ and a Five star rating They were the only place I have dealt with this week that actually answers the phone!!

Yeah, I was just in there and all the sudden. They need my ID to match the card for the account that me and my fiancé share. I made numerous purchases here before and it's never been an issue now all of a sudden it is I guess I'll just have to take my business to the bigger stores. This is why small stores are Going Out of business. I've used it 10 plus times here. And now all the sudden, it's a big deal. This will be the last time I shop here. I will not recommend the store to anybody. That's local.
