After calling the dealship on 8/23 to confirm the vehicle my friend was looking to buy and confirming with Neal that it was we scheduled an appointment for 8/24 at 11 am to go look at the car. I was told to ask for Neal. After Neal was not available another salesman pulled up 2 black cadillacs, my friend was looking at a white one, he finally told us that the white one "sold, the day before". What jerks, my friend would have bought the car, was prepared to. Cleaned out her current car, has excellent credit, 3 jobs, and would have zero interest in negotiating, would have paid what you were asking. Just don't be jerks. Make a call before she cleans out her car and drives an hour. Is that so hard, just don't be jerks!

People!! You should never buy a used car/SUV from here. I had my 2016 Cadillac Escalade for less than a year and the motor went out. I put a little over 8 grand down on this SUV. They sell junk used cars and is a complete rip off. Used car Sales manager stated once you leave the lot he could care less what happens to the vehicle. This place sucks and I would not recommend this place to any one in the world.

There is a difference in service at different Cadillac dealers. Service Manager, Jeff Monk, along with John and Dakota at Dave Towel are simply the best. If you are in the Akron area, do yourself a favor and go to Dave Towell Cadillac for your service.
