I have been coming exclusively to this CVS location for 20 years and I have never experienced anything less than amazing customer service. Every employee from the cashier to the pharmacy is always kind, patient and helpful. The prices are always fair and they always have the items I love in stock. I also use this location as my pharmacy and have zero complaints. They reach out to me once my medications have been refilled and when picking them up it is always fast and easy. 10/10 recommend this location . My step sister even worked here for a period of time and the manager is a wonderful boss and person.

I was at cvs at 2091 Eastwood Ave 44305, Oh and for the 1st time I left feeling good because Jacob made me feel welcome he help me and he was very very nice. I bonot not like going there,no one is friendly. Especually the pharmacy they is cold as ice !!!!

I highly recommend not shopping at this CVS. They follow you around as if you're trying to steal stuff. A supervisor even stood next to us as we were checking out. As a former supervisor at CVS, this would look like harassment and is a huge No-No . Wow CVS has lost touch of its basic core values. The lack of communication, leadership, common courtesy and even the ability to be kind is non-existent here. Go to Walgreens or literally anywhere else.

The store was so great and easy to navigate. The manager personally helped me finds cards and candy for my sons birthday.

Their line is ALWAYS ridiculous!! And why text me to come get meds then close for lunch maybe tell someone that! I been up here three times can barely lift my head and just need my meds this place is horrible needs new management

Short stocky man in the pharmacy is extremely rude both in the Drive-Thru and I found out today definitely rude inside the store! I navigate with a white cane my glasses are tinted because I am legally blind this man saw me approach the counter. I had seven prescriptions asked if my syringes were included he said yes and then went back and picked up something else out of the basket so that tells me they weren't there in the first place. Told him right off the bat I wanted to get cash back and I'm unfamiliar with the machine he just told me to TAP my card which I did and then it wasn't giving me an option to get cash back he huffed and puffed and came around the counter and just told me push that button so I did then he said input your code which I did no option to get cash back. So of course I asked how do I get cash back and he told me to go up front and ask them for cash back that he had people he needed to wait on behind me! Rude! Walked right up to the front counter and spoke to the person there about getting cash back and shared everything that happened and asked for the manager and he was the manager! He walked to the back with me and the rude man was rude to me yet again the manager asked me is that how that went down and I said absolutely not then he wanted to walk back to the front and not discuss it in front of all of the people who were waiting in line. The manager assured me he would be talking to that employee again, the manager was very polite and kind and apologized for the experience I had. I came onto the Google review page to leave my review and I see multiple complaints about this CVS Pharmacy it is every bit as frustrating when a friend takes me through the drive-thru and this rude employee is at the window because it's the same baloney different day! I trust that the manager will have a chat with him and I also trust that he'll be there the next time I need prescriptions! CVS please train your employees to utilize the basics of customer service by being helpful and kind instead of rude and belittling!! This Pharmacy always complains there aren't enough employees and the pharmacy, today there were probably six people in that Pharmacy who all looked extremely frustrated, again, CVS please train your Pharmacy techs to treat every customer with respect! Kudos to the manager who addressed my concerns immediately!

Why would you say you close at 9, post it online and on your store... then close 16 minutes early. Ever heard of "last minute/work late/emergencies" and "you're the closest drug store" or... "don't say you're open when you're closed". Cooooooool. Thaaaaaaank yooooou sooooo much for wasting my time.
