Most unprofessional pharmacy in the entire akron area. Always a problem. This time they sent my meds to an address I have not lived at in 8+ years and couldn't be bothered to take any responsibility. If I kill myself because I can't take my high dose antidepressant for several days because of yall it is YOUR FAULT

I wish I could give this pharmacy a zero!!! I called them because they are a 24 hour pharmacy. I usually go to another CVS where everyone is nice and helpful. However, I needed my script a few hours earlier since I was heading out of town and preemptively called them to see if they had the medication I needed first of all and second, to see if I could get my script filled 2 hours early. I have gotten my script filled here before up to 3 hours early and by early I mean 6am vs 9am when most pharmacies open. So they did have the available medicine but the young lady told me her pharmacist said the earliest I could pick it up was 10am. What!!!!! I can go to a pharmacy that opens at 8am or 9am and get it at that time but this idiot pharmacist who btw, is also afraid of giving her name. I asked her for her name so I could let the customer service agent know who gave me this totally wrong information. I called my other pharmacy and they told me that they have never heard of such a policy and that they are supposed to fill my script the day of no matter what time it is. I also spoke to a customer service agent who told me they don’t have that policy and her not giving me her first name is also against their policy. She literally was asking me what I needed her name for. Oh, I want to send you an invite to a party you half wit dim lit idiot!! Why do you think I would want your name? The district manager for this store is Andrew and I’m waiting for a response. I swear these companies spend so much money on advertisement trying to lure you to go to their locations promising you above and beyond service and all it takes is one lousy dumb pharmacist to let all those millions of dollars go to waste. The funny thing is that I actually called the store and they gave me her name. I told the lady that answered that her pharmacist was rude and she laughed and said that not many people like her. I understand why. So if you want a low rate pharmacist who doesn’t want to give you her name because who knows why, she’s the one for you. She should be ashamed of herself because I’m sure this is how she treats your grandparents when they call. I want them to get rid of this stain of a person. CVS, transparency is important. If she can’t give people her first name, I’d check her background more thoroughly.

The female pharmacist at this location who works during the day is a stain on anything ethical having to do with pharmacy. She's a lowlife dumb idiot who gives you false information and then doesn't even give you her name when you ask for it. I have filed an ethics complaint about her today with CVS and am also going to complain with the pharmacy ethics board. She needs to be replaced and put back as a cashier or stock person to learn how to treat customers. If you are prescribing me medicine, I should know your first name in case anything happens to me and my health. Please get rid of this pariah and get someone who follows the 7 ethical tenets of pharmacy.

Ghetto, rude, unprofessional. Pharmacist didn't even ask what I was picking up, just my name DOB, left with a prescription I didn't even need. They're rude over the phone and dismissive in person.

My sister drove me from hospital to CVS to pick up a prescription of 20 antibic pills but alas there were only 14. The pharmacy said bring them back in .. Are you kidding me it's 2am and my ride has went home. they said they'd look into it tomorrow and see what we can do

1 star because 0 isnt an option. Im not saying any of the employees were bad just their system. Went to get 2 prescriptions filled, i was told they would call me when they are ready. Never got a single call. After an hour i went up and asked how long. Got one of my prescriptions but they only told me were out of the other one AFTER i had left the store. genuinely some of the worst communication i have ever experienced. Im left incredibly frustrated and exhausted.

I’m probably going to have to change locations because this store is straight trash. First of all a couple weeks ago I came in the drive-through for the pharmacy to pick up my medicine. OK I go home and the police is at my house waiting on me, saying that the manager called and stated that I came in the store and stole something, but I never went inside the store at all, then now I’m going to the drive-through to get my medicine and the drive-through is closed making me have to come inside and and my current condition is to where it is very painful for me to walk right now.

Yesterday my 70-year-old friend ran out of his blood pressure medicine and regularly it uses this pharmacy on E. Market St in Akron Ohio. The Young Lady work in the drive-through at this pharmacy stated they we are out of this medication. When I asked her if she could look on the computer and see if another CVS had it she replied no but you can check the CVS on W. Market St. so we did when we arrive the person working the drive-through did check his computer and said the only CVS that had this medication in stock is on Copley Road and it closes in 5 minutes. My friend did not get his medication yesterday and that’s a problem the young lady could have checked her computer but chose to be lazy something I see more and more at the C V S‘s whenever I do use this pharmacy for personal use or helping out a family member or a friend.

You need to train your employees a little bit better about customer service you have a very rude employee me and my family standing in line you know a line built up the young man choose to Bogart his way through me and my family when he simply could just go around like one of your other employer did excuse me that was his exact words doesn't work like I'm your guest you can't just Bogart your way through like I said he could have simply went around I recommend for the manager to sit him down and tell him how to perform what customer.
