If I could give them zero stars I would and they just need to be restaffed or shut down. I hope none of there kids never get sick and need meds asap. They didn’t even have one medicine my daughter needed and never bothered to call me to let me know if I didn’t call myself and hear through the automated system that they wouldn’t have it for several weeks , my daughter would of gone another night without. After leaving a message and still never getting a call back after over an hour I called again. I tried explaining the situation and got told they basically they don’t like to do there jobs, I became frustrated and asked how much longer the girl ignored the question and when I reached my limit I did raise my voice. She told me I’m just going to put it on hold and not fill it at all find another CVS!!!! Thank god for giant eagle they filled BOTH medicines for my daughter in about 20 minutes. The pharmacist from CVS told the giant eagle I was rude and to hold it as well but giant eagle did there jobs and filled it for me. CVS you need to GOO

i’ve never seen a pharmacist act so unprofessional and rude. She was refusing to do her job, and i had to repeatedly inquire if she received the fax for my prescription, i was waiting there for an hour .

They randomly don't have the drive thru... And the lines are already long .they don't plan for anything..they have staff standing there when they could open other lines up

I would give a zero if that were an option. The staff seems unfamiliar with their job and operates with very low efficiency. Expect to wait 30-45 minutes for a prescription pickup. The worst part is that many prescriptions are out of stock. After waiting 30 minutes, I was told that three of my prescriptions were unavailable. It seems they are not familiar with their system and don’t know how to efficiently communicate with patients about prescription availability. I recommend going to any other CVS—avoid this one.

You guys SUCK! I am in desperate need of antibiotics and running a high temperature. By the time I got diagnosed and out of stat care, my normal pharmacy had closed early due to the weekend. I called stat care and asked my prescription be filled here instead. 4 hours later, you are supposedly still filling my script. I wasn't even able to talk to a real freaking person, it was automated messaged. I wish I could give you a zero. Do better!!!

Many products are locked up and when you press the button for assistance no one shows up. Waited 5 minutes for some one to get a bottle of body wash, no one came. Walked out without making a purchase. They just refuse to have the staff needed to run this store. 0/5 stars but google won't let me go that low.

Not impressed with how the staff greated and assisted me and my husband. We came here straight from the hospital as I'm sure many people do. I was the only person in the pharmacy dropping off 1 rx. They were more interested in their conversations and eye rolling than helping me get my rx filled promptly.
I was told 30 mins. I'm a phramacy personal also and we would NEVER tell a waiting customer with no other customer standing there 30 mins! Ridiculous! Instead of getting the pills counted they walked around and and talked. I know what it takes to assist a customer with their S/O standing there on crutches in pain! Where's the manners of this entire staff???

This review is for the pharmacy. Yall need to get your ishhhhhh together yall gave me a narcotic prescription without the label on it instead gave me a plain bottle and my label stapled to the bag yall take hrs to fill scripts and when i have more than one you fill one and leave the other's to get picked up later when they all should be filled at the same time. Don't make them available until they are all ready gas is expensive. But make sure you label people's scripts.

Worst pharmacy I have ever dealt with… I went in to get a prescription the pharmacist was rude to me and told me they do not have the prescription and to come back after 4 pm mind you this was early in the morning. Then I called to see if I could transfer it and the pharmacist who answered the phone was rude as well and resumed to tell me I needed to call other CVS locations even though she could have the whole time and saved me 30 minutes of talking to the phone operator. I am extremely disappointed in this CVS and will never be returning to this location.

I just left this CVS waiting 2 hrs just to pickup 1 tynelol and a cream prescription. The workers there are so racist, no respect for customers forgetting that customers we pay them to fix their dirty long nails. So rude and stinking communication to customers is their job description.
