Marc was a breath of fresh air. He was beyond helpful to me and the other customers that visited the store while I was there. It's rare these days. Couldn't recommend this location more, and if Marc is working you'll be pleasantly surprised by his attention to detail and honesty. Thank you for the seamless experience. 5 ⭐

Brandon was so helpful & knew the store product i have never experienced a cell phone place w such amazing customer service - untill this place also the place was clean, very tidy & product was easy to find THANK YOU BRANDON, i will be back

Randomly suspended my account on the day of my phone bill and had to pay an extra 15 dollars just to get it back on last month on cricket the only good this about having the 60 dollar plan is the hbo max

I called asking for a quote on switching. TJ gave me the pricing straight up. The store was out of the phone I wanted but he wend ubove and beyond and asked other stores for me. He went above and beyond my customer service expectations! Very good customer service highly recommended!

We appreciated the expertise of "Brandon Leja" the store manager who put our fears to rest about a company we thought we were sewn into!! He sold us phones, and we were able to leave that store behind, he set us up on Cricket, a great day for us! Thanks, Brandon.

What a great place if you're looking for a great customer service! I wish I remembered his name but I believe he works at both the Canton road store in Arlington Street store. I stopped in for him to switch over my phone which you did for free! I expect at least pick a couple bucks then of course I left my credit card in there yesterday, no idea why I even had it out and I called once I got back to work and realized I left it there and he offered to bring it to me! When do you ever get an offer like that you go to a store don't even give them $1 for what they did for you then offer to bring you your credit card that you left? Great great customer service!!

The valley smoke shop was very nice. Their employees couldn't have been more helpful!! They should all receive a 25 cent an hour increment in their wages. The smells of the place was divine!!...(Wait a minute...is this for Cricket Wireless? Good Heavens! I never even set foot in Cricket Wireless!!...although I think I did use their internet. Sorry about that)Carry on! Toodle-pip and all that!!(Valley smoke shop rocks!!)

I spent 3 and a half hours with 3 people that did not know what the hell they were doing .This was on October 26th 2921 my phone is still not programmed all the way and they charged me for my charger that came. with the phone ! Burnell NEEDS to be FIRED immediately!I got over charged and somebody signed my receipt! Very Very Rude and Nasty Guy! BURNELL DOES NOT know how how to program phones at all! He set my phone on wifi which I don't have at home and he didn't finish updating my PHONE! BE WARE OF BURNELL!
