“Wonderful Group of staff! They were all very friendly, knowledgeable, and helpful! They made setting up my account and app so smooth and easy it was wonderful! I really want to give the bank 5 stars the only reason I can’t is because of the ATM, there’s no option to make deposits! With the banks limited hours, unless you work or live close enough that you can run over during your lunch break like I have to do since I work Day shift this is a big inconvenience and I hope this option becomes available on their ATM in the future! It would then be the perfect bank! Overall I love it here! :)”
“Buckeye state credit union is great! They caught on to suspicious activity on my account and quickly put a stop to it and made sure my account was safe. Everyone I have interacted with at the Akron branch, either in person or over the phone, has been nothing but nice and helpful. I have been a member since I opened my first checking account at age 18 and I have always had a great experience with you guys. “I have been a member since I opened my first account back In 1971 when I was 12 years old. Back then it was The St. Paul's Credit Union before they merged with Ohio Catholic FCU back around 2016. Can't beat the family atmosphere and stress free environment of a Credit union. Best financial institution for personal loans, mortgages CDs, you name it. Have referred children and grandchildren to them as well. Thanks”
