Scott helped me solve more than one problem with my older model cell phone. He performed EXACTLY what he promised up front in a timely and cost effective manner. I found him very congenial and respectful to work with. He was recommended to me by my cell carrier, and I'm so glad they sent me to CPR. I will let Scott work on my phones and computers in the future.

I’ll be honest here I felt kinda ripped off. I took my Galaxy ultra in because dude said it would only be a couple days. The price seemed high (almost $400) but I was told that’s because my Galaxy screen also had to do front and back glass for a proper repair. I thought ok it’s cracked as well so whatever. After having to call for the status of my phone (I was told he tried calling but the call didn’t go through-that’s bs let’s be honest it’s 2024 calls and text always “go through”) I was told it’s ready for pickup a week later. The screen was fixed but the back wasn’t. So I feel completely over promised, under delivered and taken advantage of tbh which is a bummer because my usual guy quoted me a week but gives great prices and service but I came here because I was told a couple days. It ended up being a week and I got ripped off. Should have stuck with my usual and bit the bullet on waiting a week.

What an amazing place. I figured my phone was gone and I would need a new one, but the worker fixed it like new. I am so happy and the customer service was amazing. He was so helpful and knowledgeable. Will definitely recommend CPR to everyone.
