Ken Papa, at the White Pond office in Akron, was terrific. I explained what I was going through, concerning my breathing apparatus and he suggested the perfect fix for the problem I was having.

My oxygen machine broke and I couldn't use and I needed new tubing. It was wonderful to get fast service and to see my favorite tech, Camerin (not sure of spelling) again. He's a very pleasant and polite young man. Thank you all for taking care of me today!

Very informative. Didn't use the unit until November of last year, so unaware of some things I believe were forgotten from 1st delivery in 2022.

The Ventilator Technician, Samantha, solved the problem of my unit "alarming", adjusting it to "alarm" after 15 "irregular breaths" instead of 2. She tuned it up and, hopefully, I will be using it tonight. Much appreciated.
