Nik was very personable, knowledgeable, thorough & professional while explaining the new c-pap unit’s functions & finding me the best kind of face gear for my needs. I didn’t feel like just another client to him.
After using the new unit for only a few days, I’ve been able to sleep all nigh t ! No interruptions like has been the norm for me for many years !

Jim was outstanding . He was excellent at explaining everything I needed to know about the bed and the oxygen units. I was concerned but he set my mind to rest and explained everything. Excellent tech . He got the bed put together and installed and set up and I'm ready for when Trish is released from rehab. Big thanks to Jim.
