I work for a non-profit and needed a step and repeat for a big event. Consolidus contacted me the same day as my request and helped step me through the process (product selection, graphic design, shipping options). With all of the shipping delays, we had to work quickly to meet the vendor deadline for shipping guarantee. The team went above and beyond to make this happen. We received tracking information regularly, and I’m happy to report we had the products for our event. They were perfect.

Got my order of three extra large t-shirts and one extra large jacket. The jacket was a great fit, however the t-shirts ran small. I will not be able to wear them for awhile. The next size up from XL is a 2X which I thought would be too big. I did not understand why the 1X was not an option. If I knew how small they ran, I would have taken a chance with the 2X. I was very disappointed.

I wanted to take some time to provide feedback on items received through your company. I started working at The University of Akron a few years ago and was introduced to your company at a fair. I ordered some promotional items for my department and then placed more orders for different organizations I served on at the university. I was so impressed with the quality of the products we received including our orders for signs, sunglasses, lip gloss and several other items. But more than the items, I was impressed with the superior customer service I received from Aubrey. I was so impressed with her professionalism and attention to details that when I moved to Louisiana to take a job at LSU, I immediately found out the process to make Consolidus an official vendor. Now that I am at Columbia State Community College in Tennessee, I work with her even more with items we order for New Student Orientation. Aubrey is always quick with our orders but more than that she is honest about the product. Dealing with her never feels like a sale, but instead it feels like a shopping conversation with a friend. She is never pushy and if there is a product that isn’t the best quality, she will be honest and tell me and offer another suggestion and that other suggestion is sometimes cheaper than the original item I selected. That’s how I know she cares about the quality and not just the quantity of her sales. Our items arrive on time and Rachel has done an excellent job with getting us artwork to submit our orders. Rachel usually has a design proof within 24 hours of deciding on what we are ordering, and sometimes sooner. I feel like I am the only customer they have, and I know that this isn’t the case but that’s how great they are. I thank you for all the great items we have received and when I’m randomly in a store and see one of our students wearing products ordered through Consolidus, I know we are making the right choice with ordering from a company that is wonderful!

I've been working as a supplier partner with Consolidus for the last 6 or 7 years. As the saying goes, time flies when you’re having fun! I've taken great joy in not only seeing the business grow with Consolidus during this time, but our relationships with the staff have also grown. I'm happy to call many members of the Consolidus staff friends, not just business partners. Everyone at Consolidus is extremely easy to work with. Don't settle for shopping out of a magazine. As the Director of an Institute at The University of Akron, I depend on high quality service and products from a business like this and Consolidus delivers every single time. For almost 4 years, our team has never had a reservation in using their services. Sometimes the price is lower, sometimes its negligibly a touch more, but the consistency, their ability to tackle our challenges, and their high quality brings us back over and over. You get what you pay for and Consolidus is hands-down the way to go for any business, non-profit, or student organization.
