Love the coffee and multiple selections of creamers they have here. The staff is great too!

Rude employee yelled at ME because the self checkout did not work. I don't work here. It's not my job to fix it. I was asked not to come back. No problem. I won't.

Blatantly ignored by an employee approximately 15 minutes ago even when speaking to her after she watched me walk to the counter. I left with nothing. She needs to leave that big chip on her shoulder at home when she clocks in. Sad!!

Walked in to purchase donuts, asked a couple of questions regarding a bag, etc. Stood at register after stating that i could manage to walk home with them without a bag. Was pointedly ignored, returned item to stock and left store without purchasing anything. Not sure what i did to receive that treatment but i AM sure that i was being deliberately dimissed...just don't know why.

Two women working this morning were both super nice and rang up my items since the self checkout was being used. I've never enjoyed going into it gas station so much - enough for me to write a review before leaving the parking lot : )

The two ladies that were here when I was here earlier were awesome they didn't get offended because I am sure that I came across like a little over zealous let's say which I do quite often. They were very nice they took no offense to my person I've been told I easily offend other people unintentionallyThe bathroom is not brand new but the two times that I used it on the same day it was clean, both times it is the cleanest restroom I have used in public as long as I can remember

The Circle K employee that helped me was very rude. She was skinny, middle aged, with straight black hair to be specific. I politely said excuse me and rudely said “You gotta give me a minute” and while using the self checkout she was very disrespectful with helping me with the options. When I finished I walked out and said “I hope you don’t treat others like this” and she responded with “only people like you”. I understand life can be stressful but that is no way to treat a customer.

Majority of employees at this location are very rude. There is constant yelling and screaming at customers by one staff member. I now refuse to stop here to get my fuel or occasional snacks. Too bad since it is only 1/4 quarter mile from my home. My neighbor goes there to cash his lottery tickets and the machine is constantly out if order and staff just says, "I guess you'll have to go elsewhere." Well we can take a hint. We both travel diwn the road a couple miles to the location on Jacoby Rd. I least the employees at that location smile when they greet you and don't act like they're doing you a favor. They realize that without a clientele they wouldn't have a job.

Today is August 12 at night time 2023, and I came to this establishment where most of the time you are served by very kind people but there is Jessi who treated me very badly, with very bad manners she was very rude and has bad attitude to the customer, she says that nothing there is her problem and she was mocking me and I consider that they are discriminatory. This is not the first time. She always has the same poor attitude.

This used to be a good gas station. They put in a self scanner and close the other registers even if there are several employees. Customers aren’t efficient and the line backs up. Absolutely ridiculous.
