I stop here fairly often because it’s conveniently placed, but I always know it’s going to be at least 15 mins. There’s always a line and people moving slow. Also if you come after like 7 there’s two people working but only one of them ever checks people out. One lady is literally always off doing anything else.

I was in retail management for 20 years. I frequent maybe 4 Circle K's . The clerks are not practicing same refill/ returning plus selling.
Example: pay for 6 refills and get one free or other combination and each one get a purchase receipt.

A girl at the drive-thru gave me expired milk from 5th. Didn't notice it until I got back home. Had to turn around take it back tell her and then she gives me another one that expires today which is the 18th of January. And she didn't want to give me my change back. Can't get a hold of the manager because the line busy. Beyond pissed

Its GROSS! The employees keep their open drinks in the beer coolers, I had to move an open can of ice coffee to get to the beer I wanted, everything is still in shipping boxes like the employees are too lazy to stock the stuff. The line was 8 people long but an employee off the clock was holding everyone up buy personal stuff. There is always employees standing around doing nothing while one cashier handles the mile long line of people. Im guessing the bathrooms are closed because they are too lazy to clean them.

I have never and I mean never in my life been to a more unprofessional establishment in my life, I was screamed at and verbally forced out the door over asking a question. The older heavier (Respectfully) weigh lady was rude and which shocked me because she seemed sweat at first. She was shaking as she was yelling. I have never been uncomfortable going to a circle K in my life, I will never step foot in this place again.She seem extremely stressed and I can only guess for reasons outside of me being there. Please give her a break

This place is a joke! Line wrapped around back of the store. 1 register running! 2 employees standing outside smoking, while other is standing in the store with her food and drink just standing there watching. Gave me the wrong cigarettes that were more expensive. Noticed it before I even walked out and was told it would be 7-10 days for a refund! This place is a joke! Also get your hours right! Says 24 and you are lucky if they open at 7!!

My boyfriend and I stopped by here to get him a polar pop and like always, after a certain time at night, probably around 11:00pm, they say their machines are down. This isn't the only circle k either. I think you need to check in on your lazy employees.

False advertising on products. For example on traffic they have a sign in there store say $4.69 +tax if you buy 2 pack so it should be $9.85 for two packs. They charge you $12.16 for two packs. The cashier was very rude when I wanted the corporate number.
