I was informed that the public restroom was closed, even though there was no sign indicating this. Typical of gas stations here, must be an Akron thing (keeping out the druggies and the homeless while penalizing everyone else) I'm a longtime Circle K rewards member, but I won't give business to any gas station that closes its public restrooms. Ever.

I would leave zero stars if I could. I generally go to the BP at Brittain and TallmadgeBut I just happen to be right by this one so I was like let me just stop here. I went in to buy 2 24 ounce white claws gas and cigarettes ,which I generally buy from the BP and I told the cashier I was like wow your white claws are cheaper than the BP Which wasn’t by much we’re talking like 30 cents. and he said well of course we’re cheaper than the BP. What do expect they’re Arabs. I find that to be highly offensive, extremely insulting, completely unprofessional. And on top of that, the owners and the staff at the BP are of Indian descent. And some of the kindest, most professional and respectful people that I have ever met. Circle K do better. Hire better people and train them better I will not shop at Circle K anywhere ever again. Neither will my family we will take our business to the BP at Talmadge in Brittain no matter how far away it is from us. Remember if you can be anything BE KIND.

It’s Saturday morning 6:40am supposed to open at 6am , waiting here for someone to open up, still no one here , they kept my visa bank card at the drive through last night and I need it , tried to call the phone all last night and says the phone is disconnected, really messed up man, I waited another morning here until 11am before someone showed up really poor business … ??????

They have been closed at 10pm on most nites at these 2 locations Brittian Rd and Tallmadge rd don't know what the reason is

This circle k is okay I don't like circle k because I've been ripped off by them in the past the one on main Street in Akron double charged me $30 for gas and said there was no transaction of it so the ladies that were working there totally scam me but I guess that doesn't mean that they're all bad however I am very cautious about using my debit card inside the store if I can't pay at the pump I won't go

Came up to get gas and snacks, place is closed, at 4 pm on a weekday... Rather interesting, especially because they had a delivery truck waiting outside. Zero stars.

Completely incompetent employees. Couldn’t ring up gas correctly, couldn’t give a receipt, couldn’t give a refund, couldn’t even tell me if my card had been charged.

Absolutely terrible. Would give zero stars. The place was filthy, the employees were rude, the gas prices at the pump didn’t match the price on the sign. Couldn’t get a receipt, pump wouldn’t read any of my cards. Smelled like weed inside the store.

Yesterday Sunday December 20 2020 I went in to by 2 pack of cigarettes for my dad and he gave me his bank card to pay for them and the lady at that cash register gave me a hard time and keep shaking her head at me like I did something wrong I'm never going back there again I advice nothing there

Not sure why there is a phone listing but I can't contact the store directly. I had an incident after a purchase and just needed to know if someone turned in some lost money. But I think I can pretty much assume people and their greed answers that question for me anyway. Lesson learned.

This store is horrible! A friend of mine who is disabled asked to play a number at the drive through and the manager was very rude. She told him that they don't play numbers in the drive thru He told her that he was disabled and asked her to look at the plates to see his handicapp sign. She refused and told him that she did not have time for that. Then I tried calling the store and the phone was disconnected. Very bad attitude and unprofessional! ðŸ˜
