The store been closed inside they only work through the window and I was trying to cash in my lottery and that was around 3 pm today and I was there last night and I get it that they don’t do lottery after a certain time but I was trying to cash in my lotto and get out they didn’t have to make people’s life more difficult than it had to be and also every time I go there any time of the day they seem to be always closed but I be seeing their circle k buddies inside

Circle K has no reason to not have any employees. Besides the fact they don’t wanna pay anyone know stores are open we can’t get coffee anymore don’t even understand why they sell coffee if the inside of every gas station is closed due to the fact you don’t wanna pay anybody but it’s OK. I guess that’s where Dunkin’ Donuts is for now. It’s day 3 It’s like that in every Circle K that’s in a not so good neighborhood always close never clean then go to the Circle K is a little bit out nice

Customer service is nonexistent. Rude. Didn’t have a public restroom and the guy behind the counter said “That’s your problem, I can’t clean it. The toilet overflows and I don’t have time to clean it.”

Always busy, but most of the staff are able to keep the lines moving. I do have a major complaint, people always park at the pump when they're not getting gas and that is a huge pain! Some circle k's have this problem worse than others due to parking, and I am aware that staff is too busy to be able to watch for this issue, but it is definitely something I consider before I decide where im about to drive to get gas! If i know im going to have to wait in line to be able to pull up to the pump, I'm probably going to drive to a different circle k since they are everywhere.
