I was left standing at the walk up window for 11 min waiting to get gas. Rang the bell 2x while I could see the employee standing inside not doing anything. The fact that it was cold out didn't bother me, it was more of an inconvenience. Then the employee refused to take my $20 & put it on my pump. I ended up going to the BP up the street, I don't know any establishment that turns away customers with cash in hand. If she worked at my store she would have to be let go. This was at 11:30 pm Dec 10th. Said her name was Cassie, maybe maybe not she wasn't wearing a name tag.

Do not come to this location during 3rd shift. The employees don't answer the bell to the window and if they do they will be completely rude because they would rather be on there phone. The lady tried to over charge me for smokes and when u tried to tell her that they were the wrong kind and more expensive she told the person she was video chatting with to hang on because this customer was being difficult. This stores 3rd shift employees do not know what polite customer service intails.

I work at circle k and lemme tell you something. These customers are so very rude. Give you an attitude and any twist and turn.Can’t even ID someone without getting twislers thrown at your face.It’s only the loyal customers that understand we have to do our jobs, and the loyal customers treat us with respect and dignity.Eventually you get tired of getting treated like a dog, and gain that same energy back. So next time you go to any pubic place and deal with customer service representatives ask yourself this, “do I really want to waste my precious time yelling at this person who is only trying to do their job or do I want to get my stuff and continue on with my life” because my lord yall have single-handedly convinced me that this world is only getting worse and worse by the day.I’d like to just say thank you to my loyal customers who haven’t given me problems nor attitude even when they were having a rough night. Rude worker at drive thru. WAS VERY RUDE TO A OLD ELDER HANDICAP PERSON!!!!!!!! JUST RUDE COLORED MAN WITH DREADS AND HE WAS ON HIS PHONE AND HE TOLD 2 DISABLED PEOPLE THEY NEED TO COME IN!!!!!!!!!! RUDE I WILL BE CALLING YOUR MANAGER

Everyone I've ever encountered at circle k whether their employees or customers have been overly helpful, inviting, and have excellent communication with customers and or employees. Enjoy my experiences in circle k. Keep up the excellent work! They all deserve a raise for real.

Update: new encounter on 7/20/2022 - I just had the most rude employee I've ever spoken to at this circle K. When I asked why I couldn't get a polar pop through the walk up window when all the other circle K stores in the area will do so, she was very snarky when she told me to "just go to another circle K then." This woman's name was "Sarah" and she claimed to be a manager. If any of my employees had that mindset to dismiss a paying customer, they would no longer be employed. I definitely wouldn't have them in a leadership position if they speak to customers in this manner. This place has fallen apart and is by far the worst circle K in the area.=======Original review from April 2022: Lazy employee claims they can't do polar pop orders through the window after hours because it's a "health and safety hazard" but somehow all the other stores in the area can do it. Unbelievable.Edit: I drove half a mile up the road and they did the craziest thing, they sold me a polar pop through the overnight window. I spent $125 in gas at another store because this kid wasn't willing to walk over to the machine and fill up a cup. I'm still in disbelief that this can be a thing.

Sweetest girl working at the window tonight! It's frustrating that they rarely have the inside open even in the middle of the day. I was told by an employee they're so short staffed they have to only have the window open. Even mid day there's only one person inside so I understand from a security standpoint. No one could leave behind the counter to stock or attend customers. Otherwise I always get good customer service.

Absolutely horrible as are most of the Circle Ks in Akron. This particular one has been closed on the inside since 7 this evening and the sign on the door says will reopen at 11p.m. (has been this way for a few months now as well as the others at different times in Akron). If they don't have gas they don't have the workers. For crying outloud Circle K PAY YOUR WORKERS BETTER YOU MIGHT GET SOME TO STAY. THIS IS BEYOND RIDICULOUS AT THIS POINT WERE ARE THE CEOS AND UPPER MANAGEMENT PAY YOUR WORKERS!!!!!
