I am not from Akron but due to work I was in the area. I can only assume this is a bad area, because I could only get what I needed through a walk up window. It is absolutely too cold to have to stand at a window while a man goes around the store to get what I request. It’s inconvenient to have to try a shop and can’t see your options. I feel sorry for the locals.

I have been an avid shopper since 1988 I have never seen so many problems in a Circle K ever they need help so badly I'm asking y'all to come apply the doors are always closed only the service window is open they're not accepting Loyalty cards through the window well maybe the card but not my phone you need to get outside card machines for those who do not have cash on hand if they worried about touching the cards the need to put a scanner outside the window or by the window. Can somebody please get ahold of me so we can remedy this situation!

I don’t understand why the inside is only open in the morning and early afternoon at this location. The sign on the door says they go to just the window at 9pm, but anytime I go there after 1 or 2pm the doors are locked and they’re using just the window so it’s kind of pointless to go there for a lot of stuff.
