I was born in a city of 300,000 people and never in my life have i ever felt so ashamed of being a human by going into this bank. It has some of the most disrespectful people i have ever seen in my life and customer service for chase bank is a joke.. I would tell anyone in the Akron Ohio area to stay area from this bank and go to south Arlington or west market location much much nicest more professionals bank manger and tellers.. Try the new location on west market at the 330 building...

I recently opened an account with Chase, even received a credit/debit card from them. Today, 10 days later, I received a letter from Chase stating that they are closing my new account bc after checking my credit score, they have decided that I am not eligible!!!

No outside ATM to use so if you just need to pull cash and it's on a Sunday or they're closed you're out of luck.

Is there any reason why no one updated the hours due to the pandemic? This is the only bank I have access to (by bus) since the closest one to where I live closed their branch back in February.
